Had a a huge water leak the day before Thanksgiving and they were able to take care of me at a reasonable rate for the emergency. I would recommend them to anybody needed a reliable and talented plumbing company.

Great! Austin the owner does the jobs his self, he's on time, goes Xtra mile, I will be using him again! I was in shock at what was needed to be repaired and he made it easy for me to process.

Being new to Fresno area, bought old house (60's). Not even a month in, an AC tech referred Art Douglas when we ran into major plumbing issues and Dazhon and Carlos came out on time. Professional, courteous, prompt, clear and didn't pressure us. Even put on booties before entering! After a few calls to other companies, we ended up using Art Douglas for competitive pricing and professionalism. Stayed on schedule, laid out exactly what the job includes and does it. They have a permanent spot in my phone contacts! Also, Josh really took care of us too! Hard working dudes!

The best customer service EVER! I called at 3:00 on a Friday, full stress mode. The gentleman on the phone was courteous and polite. Told me he would have someone over within the hour. Jack showed up within the hour. Dude had assessed the issue, fixed the problem, finished up paperwork/payment, and was gone by 4:30! Thanks Jack!

Raul Garcia was fantastic! He met me with a smile. He scolded me nicely for waiting so long to have some service. But was a gentleman about it and was correct. Phenomenal experience with art douglas, more specifically Dustin and Jack. Made a call in the morning and within an hour they came out and provided an estimate and said all work could be completed that same day. Highly recommended for other and will most definitely be using them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Dustin came out to clear a stopped up sink. He was very nice and thorough and I was impressed because he for sure knew what he was doing. I have used this company for many years and always they are courteous and efficient.

We just had our toilets and bathroom faucets replaced by Dustin with Art Douglas Plumbing. Dustin was very nice and cleaned up after himself as he worked. He worked all day without even taking a break! He made sure that I was satisfied with the work, explained the new features of our fixtures (like pop-down drain plugs, which were new to me), and discussed how to kill the roots that had been coming up under one of the toilets. We had previously used this company when we had our water heater installed a few years ago and had been happy with them. We will continue to use them as our plumbing service and highly recommend them to you as well!

Dazhon showed up promptly to my house and fixed my leaking toilet. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and did great work. He also explained why we were having this issue, which was very helpful.I will go with this company and recommend this company for my future plumbing issues.

Great work! I’ve used this business before with always having good results. Plumbing companies are good due to having knowledge employees. I think it was Dustin who fulfilled our expectations with installing a new kitchen faucet and making sure it worked properly. He spent quite a while correcting a few issues that were happening.

Dustin came to my house promptly, very polite, very businesslike. Had a lot of knowledge on the situation, explained it to me and took his time. Dustin fix the problem in a timely matter. Very happy with his service and with Art Douglas plumbing.

We woke up to water running down our driveway so we called Art Douglas plumbing & heating. Dustin came over right away and found the leak. It was the main line and a big job. We had guests coming over at 6pm for Mother's Day and they got it all repaired and cleaned up before family arrived. We were very thankful and will highly recommend Art Douglas to our neighbors.

Erik came out to replace our disposal. He was very friendly and knowledgable, replaced our disposal within 45 minutes. Couldn’t have asked for a better technician to come out and help with our problem. Will definitely request him the next time we need anything done.
