I had the best experience today with Fresno Plumbing. My husband and I just purchased a new home in the Riverstone community (Lennar Homes) and we had some minor things that needed to be fixed with our showers, baths and faucets (water pressure, hot water, water turning off when it shouldn’t). I wish I could remember the gentleman's name who helped me today, but he was great! He repaired everything in a timely manner and walked me through every single thing he fixed. He also took the time to educate me on our water and showed me how to clear the faucet filters when I notice the water pressure getting low. Any plumbing problems or future plumbing projects we need here on out, I will make sure I work with Fresno plumbing. Thank you!

It is hard to come by a company with as much integrity and great service as Fresno Plumbing! Their team is amazing, from the office staff to the staff working in the field. Every time I've worked with Fresno plumbing we are exceedingly happy with the final result. I would highly recommend Fresno Plumbing for any plumbing services you may need.

Very helpful, polite. Called made appointment, gentleman was here in time frame, told me what was wrong and fixed my problem. Not the first time using this company and more than likely not the last. Thank you Fresno Plumbing for not taking advantage of a senior citizen.

Drivers need safety courses as they have no regard to traffic around them. Truck #131 at 0630 on 8/21 this guy drives on the wrong side of the road to beat traffic then forcibly merges into me causing me to slam my breaks to avoid a crash because he wanted back in.

Cant give them enough compliments. From the moment I called, I knew I was being handled. I was told by another company that I needed a new blower, but their business was so unprofessional, I wanted a second opinion. I'm so glad I did. The other company said I needed a new blower for a thousand dollars, but they never checked the inside thermostat. I called fresno plumbing and AC, and it turned out to be the thermostat. Fresno Plumbing inspected, diagnosed, replaced the thermostat and completely serviced the unit, all the same afternoon, for $260. Can't say thank you enough!

I had an extremely positive experience with Fresno plumbing. 6 1/2 years after I purchased my brand new home I had a sewer backup problem. I called the builder to see if there was any warranty coverage and they referred me to the original plumber for my home, Fresno Plumbing and Heating. Fresno. Plumbing and Heating said very rarely there are pipe connection problems and they would investigate. They videoed my sewer line, discovered a flaw in the pipe connection, used their sophisticated diagnostic equipment to determine the exact location of the problem, got all the necessary permits, identified all the nearby utility lines, and took responsibility for fixing the pipe at no charge to me. They could’ve said I was out of the warranty., But they felt the problem dated to the original construction. If I had to pay for this myself, it would’ve cost thousands. I am grateful for their honesty, for the repairs they made, and for the way they treated me in this situation. They always took my complaint seriously. They were a strong advocate for me and dealing with the various players to get the repairs made at no charge to me.

I received the best service from Fresno Plumbing ! I had several other "so called plumbers" come out to my home prior to calling Fresno Plumbing, and none of them could find my water shutoff. They all said the same thing "to give them a call back when I was able to locate the shutoff, and then they would be able to fix my problem." Fresno Plumbing sent a plumber out, right away, and he went above and beyond to find my water shut off and found it! Amazing customer service, top notch Plumber!! I will forever use Fresno Plumbing!! Thank you!!!

We had our kitchen and laundry room lines backing up, called Fresno Plumbing and Heating, within 24 hours they had the very professional and friendly Dennis at our home. He was able to fix our issue in a timely manner and the fee was more than reasonable. I would highly recommend them and will be a forever loyal customer. Thank you Fresno Plumbing and Heating.

I had called this place on Monday 4-18-22 and spoke to somebody for a free estimate regarding project located in the backyard of my home. The person made appointment for today 4-19-22 in the afternoon for the free estimate and never showed up or called to let me know anything. Wasted a whole day sitting at home waiting for nothing.

Dan is the man. The whole lateral was destroyed, looked like it had been unattended for years, Dan jumped in and laid the new pipe like he was born to do It. Great guys definitely wasn't their first time to the rodeo.....

Fast and efficient, came 45 min after I called him. I met Dan and his Associate Tony. Very courteous and professional. Affordable and fair going beyond normal services. I will for sure use him again and recommend him to others.

Hooked up water lines for our refrigerators incorrectly, to the hot water lines. Discovered the mistake when we got our new refrigerator this week and got hot water through the water dispenser. Took several days to get hold of him. After he came and and checked things out and discussed them he promised to come back the next day, Friday, at noon to fix the problem. He was a no show with no call, text or anything else. Very untrustworthy and unreliable.

Had my water heater replaced. Excellent customer service. Art communicated everything very well. Very pleased with the quality of work and the level of service.
