Michael and Jaimie were very friendly, prompt, professional and thorough. It's never a great day when you have to call a service out to fix something at the house. But they made it a great experience.

Our house was being treated for termites and a (totally unrelated) contractor accidentally hit a line running to our water heater in the garage, a big headache, but with a quick call to Roto-Rooter, I was able to get someone out here to work on it very soon after. Roto-Rooter was able to come out and repair the damage the same day, good as new! Jesus provided excellent service and saved us a lot of time and stress. Thank you!

Micheal was truly a huge help! Did not try to oversell us, and was kind and courteous throughout the entire process. You can rest assured that when Michael is at your house, the project will be done efficiently and cost-effectively.

Great experience, considering not-great plumbing issue happened at home. Backed up shower, slow toilets, during our kiddos bedtime routine. So we scheduled an early morning home visit before we went to sleep. Super communicative, kept us posted on arrival time, worked around kids, a loud house, etc. While no one is ever excited to pay for plumbing crisis, it’s nice to find honest people who complete the work they say they’ll do. Absolutely recommend.

Let me first start this review with an admission that I had no expectations as this was the first time I have worked with Roto Rooter in Fresno. At the time of payment for service for sewer clog removal, I was completely blown away by the level of professionalism, workmanship and customer service. From the time I first spoke with Alexis to set up an appointment to when my technician, Enrique C. arrived at my home, less than one hour had passed. On a Saturday morning no less. That is phenomenal service and it continued to get better from there. After quickly diagnosing the problem, Enrique went to work. While photographing his work along the way, Enrique took out not one but TWO obstructions in my sewer line. He checked multiple drains along the sewer main and thoroughly confirmed that everything worked properly. Enrique recommended some upgrades to my 63 year old home to perform in the future, but no pressure. I felt the recommendations came from caring about my home and was explained in terms that I could easily understand. Thank you, Enrique, and keep up your outstanding work!

Roto-Rooter has helped me and my mother deal with water damage in our houses. They have been prompt and very communicative throughout the process. I have referred my aunt to them as well for her water damage due to the great customer service we have received from them. They are definitely a reliable company and they have friendly and helpful technicians. They worked well with our home insurances to get the job done!

I had a clogged toilet and called Roto-Rooter. Jahari and Jamie technicians came to my home. They are very professional. pleasant and accommodating. They have patience and are knowledgeable in their field. They explained everything thoroughly. They were also very thoughtful wearing booties in the house and cleaning up after their work. They also have manners! I would recommend these technicians. Andrew the supervisor was also very thoughtful and accommodating. If you have problem with pipes don't hesitate to call Roto Rooter Fresno.

We had a Saturday emergency of a clogged toilet. I contacted Roto Router and thier Tech Sammy was here within a hour. Her was one of the best professionals we have had in our home, very efficient and did not give up because our fix was a little complicated. He helped to make sure the costs did not get out of hand and cleaned up really well before he left. Roto Rooter as a company appears to do well at hiring and retaining great employees. His project Manager Loreto who came out to assist was also very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I have great confidence that this repair was done right.

They responded to my appointment request quickly and got right on it. They also suggested different options which I am grateful for because I know nothing about plumbing. My technician Michael was very friendly and knowledgeable and did a quick and most of all clean job. Highly recommended!

It was an after hours emergency situation where we had no toilets or water use due to a tree root entanglement that resulted in a back up and blockage of our line. James F. showed up and quickly assessed the situation and cleared the line making it possible to use our water until they could fix everything a couple days later. He set everything in motion and was so comforting and so knowledgeable that I felt confident in his ability to efficiently do a quality repair. I’m so glad I chose to go with this company. It was a costly fix but it was so much less than the company I’d gone with previously and the most important part was it was done right and they stand by their work and James F. was reassuring, extremely helpful and never made me feel like he wasn’t 100% dedicated to taking care of my worries and addressing my endless questions. He provided me with a plan to execute solutions so that this could be resolved in the quickest, most cost effective way possible. He is the biggest asset this company and he was the most appreciated part of this process. He is also the reason they now have me as a customer for life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to James A. And Silvestre P., for doing backbreaking work in record time! I was very pleased with how quick they were able to come out and assess the situation. They took the time to explain everything in detail and go over pricing and gave me the opportunity to decide what to do. They handled everything in a timely and professional manner. I was quoted by several other plumbers, and they by far had the best rate (I'm taking $20 better)! I was helped by Albert who was extremely professional, fast, and efficent. I will actually call them again. I definately recommend them.
