Northwest Exteriors installed a new patio door recently and it is gorgeous! They installed quickly and professionally. They previously installed 3 windows in my kitchen and I’m really happy with everything. I will have them back soon to do more work.

Beautiful insulation and feel so much safer. Nobody is getting in this door. I love the product the salesman and the installers.

Very happy with my windows and Northwest Exteriors professionalism, quick installation and no fuss clean up. I had all windows replaced (10) including a slider and it only took about 6 hours. They look great, save on AC and reduce outside noise a lot.

Our windows arrived early and Northwest was ready to install at our convenience. Darren, Jay and Pat were on time, friendly and professional. They finished installing our new window and sliding glass door in one day. They were both cutouts and moving of electrical, so it was a big job. We appreciated how they respected our house and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. We would definitely use them again!

On June 11th 2025 William showed up to install new slider with dog door. So excited and very happy with the new door. Now if only I can get the dogs to use it🤣.
William was great, clean, professional, friendly, and knew what he was doing from start to finish. Overall I am very satisfied with the new door. There is a sign on my front lawn and people have been taken pictures of the NW contact info. Give them a call they are the best.

Northwest Exteriors was great from the first sales visit to the final high-quality installation. We love our new windows! They have increased our house’s efficiency and (surprisingly) decreased exterior noise levels beyond our expectations! (No more annoying interruptions from lawn mowers, leaf blowers, and loud cars and motorcycles). The aesthetics of our new custom windows are equally pleasing, making our home feel even more upscale. I'm so very happy to find what I've been looking and needing for so long. Can most surely save on my electric bill with the tinted three pane windows! This weather has been a real scorcher, so anything to save $$$ is a plus!

Loved northwest from the very beginning. You can just tell the quality of work and pride the business has. We started our consultation with Steve N. Great guy. He sold us on the warranty alone. Then today was installation day with Tim and Jason both great informative and the windows look great. I can tell the difference in heat in our rooms already!

I recommend Northwest Exteriors. I have beautiful new windows. Pat, the installer, worked hard to install my windows and cleaned up well. He arrived on time with a friendly smile. He patched up spots around the windows and painted an area of my kitchen cabinet that he accidentally scraped. It looked like there was no accident. I was truly pleased with his work. I plan to use Northwest again to replace some windows in the back side of my home.

Hi, I have really bad experience with this company I request a quote for windows replacement for the house on Fresno unfortunately the salesmen was very rude and racist with me she ask many times if I owner of the house or not and the minimum quote is $2,500 for replacement of the windows, that part I completely understand the only thing I don’t understand why she asked many times if I owners of that house or not I think one time is good enough.

I contacted Northwest Exteriors for an estimate to replace a sliding glass patio door, and James met with my wife to review our needs. He was professional, courteous, and helpful, providing a level of insight and information that other companies had not. He was also willing to answer our questions and consistently responded promptly. We ended up going with another company that was a little better suited for our needs, but we would have been happy to have James replace our door if it had worked out that way. For those who choose Northwest, you will certainly be satisfied with the customer service.

We have been wanting to do our windows since we bought our new home. The original windows were below any QC standards and should not have passed. Anyway, finally, after much research, I am glad we chose Northwest. From presales to postsales an overall great experience and would recommend if you are planning, give them a shot-you'll be as pleased as we are with the purchase.

We did our home in 2 phases. The hotest side of the home year 1 and 2nd half 2 years later (it was supposed to be a year apart, lol), but you know how time files.
All I have to say is that there is no difference, and you can not tell they were not installed 2 years later. What a testament to the quality and durability.

Awesome in every aspect. Crew was on time, Jason, Tim and Deren. Professional, knowledgeable, explained everything before doing anything! They even worked around my 5 yr old wisteria bush! Very positive attitudes, friendly and hardworking. They did a great job of cleaning up too. The windows are beautiful! I thought they would be dark, I love sunlight. They are so pretty I don’t want to cover them anything:) ! So very happy with the whole experience. And a shoutout to salesman Glen Garner, he was so knowledgeable and explained everything. He answered all of our questions. We will be using them again.

Installed windows in whole house and everyone was outstanding. Jason, Deren, and Tim installed them and did a perfect job. They were courteous and cleaned up as they went along. Would use them again 100%!!

I am so very happy with my windows! They are so beautiful. The gentleman who installed were very polite and did friendly.

Northwest has an excellent team from the office staff (Sophia) to the estimators (Joey) to the supervisors (Hector) and their field staff/installers (Deren, Pat, Tim, Jay, Angel and Robert). Our house had 26 windows to be replaced which would typically have taken two to three days to complete. But Northwest sent a team of installers who worked seamlessly and were able to complete the install in one day. Everyone of the six installers (see above) were friendly, hard working and skilled. The finished work looks excellent. This is the second home we have used Northwest on for window replacement and both times we have been impressed with the quality of service; the responsiveness and the courtesy and professionalism of the workers from the office staff to field staff; and, the quality of the windows and workmanship. We would not hesitate to use them again.

My kitchen is much cooler today, thanks to the new windows installed yesterday. Friendly people and great service. The installer did excellent work installing my windows. Finally the whole house has insulated windows. Thanks to all at Northwest.

Previously had our windows replaced by Northwest, they were great to work with, love our windows. So now we had our French doors replaced and once again they did not disappoint. Professional and knowledgeable company, salespeople & installers.

I would recommend purchasing this security screen door. The quality was more than what I expected. A gentleman named Pat installed my security door. He was very professional and had excellent communication skills. Thank you for being on time and a job well done.
