I had a clogged toilet and needed it fixed asap. Called Rooter Champion & they came the the same day and fixed it for me. Friendly and professional. They found the issue to be dental floss that my son had flushed down the toilet. Who knows what else has gone down the toilet in the past. Thanks guys

This company is amazing. We've dealt with root infestation problems for years. This year, the root infestation grew to such a degree that we couldn't even snake a line down into the plumbing properly and two companies came by and refused to snake and stated that we needed a hydro jetting cleanse in our plumbing. One company quoted us $1800 and the other $1000. Shopping around, we stumbled upon rooter champion plumbing and they quoted us $450! Steven came by in the morning and literally took an hour tops. His efficiency and professionalism impressed us and he answered all of our questions easily. He also courteously showed us a camera of his work and guaranteed us a year warranty (something other companies told us they cannot do). Steven of rooter champion, we appreciate you!

Just had these guys out today. Our home was built in the 60s and our cast iron drain line from the kitchen and laundry eroded, then collapsed. These guys were able to schedule us for 80+ feet of piping to be replaced within the same week. They beat the other places that came out and gave us a quote by a significant amount. Our job was solid concrete, since they had to fight concrete on the side of the house, through the garage and to the concrete stairs outside and they still got done in one day flat. They are Supermen. Took a pile of business cards and will pass them out like candy. They even worked with us to do a cute putting-our-initials-in-the-wet concrete, letting us know when it was time. We are a fan for life!

We had a holiday nightmare with our toilets but Steven saved the day! The night before Thanksgiving the kitchen sink clogged and plunging or drain didn’t work. We needed help and we found Rooter Champion. Steven the technician came and unclogged it. He pulled out a lot of grease build up and recommend a more thorough cleaning service to remove the grease. We liked there services so much we called back to have the pipe hydro jetted and remove all the grease build up.

For the first time in many plumber visits I have experienced an honest, polite and friendly plumber. My toilet had been flushin slow and backing up into the showers. I had to get this issue taken care of, a friend recommended me to rooter champion drain cleaning. I called them and within one hr they were at my home. Bryan and his co worker snaked my sewer pipe and pulled out tree roots. They performed a camera inspection and found plenty more roots! They recommended a hydro jetting service to remove up to 99 percent of the roots. They did a great job at removing the roots. I will keep there contact info for my next sewer issue

Was referred by another business but my experience was not good. Explanation of why bathroom sink drains were slow was something related to human saliva, some outside valves were replaced (perhaps two years ago) had to be replaced again. Requested a follow up about a shower control and drain but no return call. Expensive and not pleasant.

Chasen is awesome. He's going to be my go-to plumbing contractor from now on. House's main sewer was backed up and draining extremely slow. After several failed attempts at trying to clear it myself, I called Chasen up. He was referred by a family member. He came out later that day and worked through after the sunset to clear out root issues that I had. Going at it a few more times even after drain was flowing to clear out stubborn roots (he showed me the scope camera feed, they were big). I had also asked him to quote me to install a main clean-out. There was no need, he located it in my front yard sitting underneath a stepping stone. I had no idea I had one. He saved me some major bucks there. Not only that, his fee for clearing out the roots was very reasonable. He also gave me some tips with the city's sewer root maintenance program (city's tree). All-around great person to deal with. I highly recommend Innovative: great service, friendly, hard-working, reasonable fees.

Finding a plumber on a Sunday is no easy task, so I was lucky Chasen was willing and that I got his name from a friend.

What we thought was a standard toilet clogged drain turned into a 3 hour job. On the positive, all the drains from the kitchen and bathrooms were checked and cleared.

He showed me the challenges with my pipes that could cause this again using the camera. But I am more informed to help prevent in the future.

He is definitely saved as my go to next time I have a plumbing need.
