After 20 years my water heater needed replacing. I found WATER HEATER WH from a neighborhood app they came highly recommended. Was given a quote online and scheduled next day install. Very impressed on the how professional their technicians were. Not an easy job from what I could see. They were informative and advised I get a yearly washout not sure if that is the correct term. Thanks WHW!!

Sergio with water heater warehouse was awesome. Before he arrived, I thought I would have to change out my heater altogether. However he took time, patiently studied the problem, realized that the problem was just caused by a bad valve. Cleaned it out, and it started working!

Techs seem to have little or no knowledge of the tankless water heater. Communication with was difficult. They were unable to diagnose the problem and left without fixing the problem.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They saved me so much not only financially but peace of mind with the process. The crew from the Water Heater Warehouse removed my old gas water heater and replaced it with a new heat pump water heater. They made a nice clean installation to code. They worked quickly and efficiently and there was no disruption to my family's routine.

Overall the experience was great, from service, responsiveness, politeness, and from the sales person (Michael), to the service rep (Lucy) and great set of technicians to interact with (Luis and Charo-I think?). The only weird thing I saw from the install was the water heater pan and the position of the drain orifice which is facing the back left corner of the heater closet and I can’t access it if I wanted to. Not sure if that can be remedied? Otherwise the install, heater and new fittings look nice and neat in the closet and is performing great.

Eddie and James came over to install a reverse osmosis system for drinking water. They were professional, fast, and clean! Beyond happy with the service they provided. This is the second job the Water Heater Warehouse has done at my residence and they’ve knocked it out the park! They will be my first call for any water related service going forward.

Quick response. Emergency issue and they came out next morning. Replaced water heater tank. On time and quality of work was great. Very friendly and service was on point. The technicians arrived in the scheduled window, with a notification that they were in route when that was the case. Work was done professionally, and they were very thorough about cleaning up. Pricing was great, and all staff I interacted with were courteous and professional.

Guys were friendly and informative. Finished job in a timely manner. They however didn’t sweep or shop vac any of the dust and debris after the job. Would have been nice if they could have foam filled a penetration made in the wall. I will do that myself, no big deal. Overall good job!

The technicians were very friendly and customer service oriented. I was not happy with the overall install. I thought I would be saving space and I went from a tank water heater to about 50 feet of piping running all over my garage. It’s a huge eyesore and takes up a ton of space. Not thrilled.

We are very very pleased with this project done by Water Heater Warehouse. First their price was the best by far from 3 other companies. Second they arrived at 10:30 and were done with zero issue by 2:30 and finally we now have a gas tankless water heater and instant water in the all house.
