My water heater went out last night and I reached out to Water Heater Warehouse and had an appointment for the next morning within an hour. Technicians arrived on time, were friendly, and quick. Estimated 1 hr and 30 mins to replace and install water heater and they took just over an hour. The technicians cleaned up after themselves and I had hot water within an hour of install.

These guys did a great job installing my new heat pump water heater. There was a mixup at the Rheem warehouse (Rheem's fault, not the WHW crew's), and so they originally arrived with the wrong unit - a 30amp, rather than the 15amp I wanted - but that was fortunately caught before the new water heater was installed; so the process involved an unexpected additional round trip back to Rheem, but all worked out in the end.

They made the process of replacing our old water heater to a tankless painless and the service was very professional. The communication was excellent, we received texts days prior with reminders and after the work was done. They were on time and finished in a few hours. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

I purchased a Noritz tankless water heater on SoCalGas Marketplace. Chris Thorne came home on time to install the tankless water heater. Chris was very respectful and professional. Chris patiently explained how the system worked. He did a very neat job and left the area very clean. The gentleman (didn't get his name) who accompanied him was also very polite and professional and did a very thorough job of keeping the work area clean. Extremely professional while being friendly and very knowledgeable. Discussed everything with me first. Then got to work and within 3 hours. I had my tankless hot water heater. I suggest anyone with southern California Gas Company go through their website and purchase a tankless hot water heater. You will save a bundle as well. As get a one thousand five hundred dollar rebate.
