Very impressed by this company. Installed my Bradford White Water Heater in less than one hour and did quality work. Excellent customer service & professionalism put Water Heater Warehouse at the top of my list for anything plumbing related. I highly recommend getting a quote at the very least. They weren't the cheapest but for quality work, it's worth every penny!

Great communication prior to installation. Technicians were professional and efficient and even addressed an unforseen problem quickly. Highly recommended!

Edit. Its the people answering the phones are the problem. I called again to make sure I have an appointment only to get a call to say that they were there 2 hours early! What's the point of having an appointment if youre not showing up in the allotted time! Fail! Unprofessional! Ignorant! Do better!

Terrible service. They changed time without asking if it was ok. The customer service agent was rude when I was confirming the time. They didn't show up then sent an email saying I didn't want service anymore. We'll of course I don't want service when you don't show up on time! People have lives. If you couldn't show up on time you should have rescheduled much earlier not after the time allotted has passed. GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE!

Mario and another installer did a great job removing my 18 year old 75 gallon Bradford White which was still working but showed corrosion at the water supply valve so we decided to replace with another Bradford White 75 gallon. They did a great job, were professional and friendly as well as informative explaining how to properly maintenance it myself yearly. They cleaned up after they were done. No other estimate could beat their price. I was very happy to use them and paid to extend the warranty to 10 years (still coming out lower than the other estimates even with the added warranty extension). We highly recommend Water Heater Warehouse.

I need a new water heater due to the old one was leaking. I'm looking plumber with Bradford White License since after research this is the BEST BRAND for water heater. I found Water Heater Warehouse with great reviews on yelp. I called for quote and the rep said need to speak with technician. Surprisingly Chris the owner called himself. That is totally a plus if the owner spend time to talk with customer and answering all questions.

The appt set up for Sat, originally between 1-3 but got an email a day before it changed to 2-4. Danny and Hugo arrived on time exactly @2P, very knowledgeable and friendly technicians. I told them that I spoke with Chris will add the Corro Protect Anode Rod. They said this the first time to install it. I was nervous but finally they can figure it out and installed it great. I'm so happy with the service and price! Its has been 5 days and hope not having problem in the future. TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT 100% !! THANK YOU CHRIS, DANNY AND HUGO !

I appreciate The Water Heater Warehouse responding quickly to my request to inspect my noisy water heater. The plumber Chris arrived at my home with his assistant and they were very professional , knowledgeable and after addressing my concerns and answering my questions they inspected my Water Heater and diagnosted what they recommended that needed to be done to reduce noise in water Heater. Repairs were completed very affordable price and to my satisfaction. I will definitely contact Water Heater Warehouse again.

The technicians were great! Only complaint was that because they were in an electric van, it took 2 extra hours to get to my house because of charging. Other than that, they were fast, informative and did a beautiful job.

Our water heater went out Sunday night and I was able to contact Sabrina and request a technician for next day service. Sabrina was very kind and helpful with the entire process!Mario and Carlos were our technicians and they were able to change out our water heater very quickly. Mario answered all my questions and was able to explain everything clearly. I would recommend them to anyone!

We're so happy with The Water Heater Warehouse and they're service! We almost went with our local plumber thinking it would be better priced but The Water Heater Warehouse was fairly priced, in fact, They were way more affordable!

After searching around for someone to replaced my water heater, I decided on WHW. I received many quotes from several people. I was looking for a good balance between price, warranty and service. WHW provided all 3. The pricing is competitive and the customer service was top notch. The receptionist, Sabrina answered all the questions I had prior to booking the service. She provided transparent pricing and went above and beyond to make sure I know what product and service I am paying for. She reassured me that there will be no hidden fees or added cost since the price already includes labor, fittings, hot and cold flex lines, gas valve, gas line, gas sediment trap, earthquake straps, drip pan and haul away/disposal of old water heater. Everything will be done up to code. They have the best warranty in labor and parts compared to other quotes I received as well.

After scheduling with WHW, Arturo and Chris came out to install the water heater. They arrived within the allocated time slot - friendly and professional. They were happy to let me watch them work, answered all the questions and educated me on how my new water heater works, where are the shut off valves during emergency, how to check my pilot lights, how to adjust my water temperature and check my status light for trouble shootings in the future. Chris and Arturo hauled away my old water heater and left my garage clean. I highly recommend Water Heater Warehouse!

My experience with Water Heater Warehouse was excellent and far exceeded my expectations, especially after a disappointing experience with my home warranty company, American Home Shield, which denied my claim. After shopping around, I called Water Heater Warehouse and spoke with Maria, who was amazing. She patiently answered all of my questions and even informed me about an Edison rebate, which was a huge help; saving me a lot of money.

Shortly after, Eddie came to my home for the installation. The work was clean, professional, and efficient. He took the time to answer all of my questions and truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend Water Heater Warehouse to anyone in need of a new water heater system.

The installation was completed quickly and professionally. I bought a Noritz tankless water heater having a 25 year warranty on the heat exchanger. It qualified for the full $1500 rebate which was applied instantly during checkout. The installation was completed in less than 4 hours. I asked about annual maintenance and the lead installer showed me how to perform the annual flushing to remove scale. Very happy with the overall experience from purchase to installation.

Maria provided me excellent service with all my tankless water heater related parts/numbers/order related questions. Eddie is very skilled and did a great job with the installation; he and Carlos exceeded my expectations, did everything that I requested (went above and beyond). I highly recommend WHW! Thanks.

I have worked multiple companies that "specialize" in water heaters and sadly I will not recommend them because of their previous work.

This is a company that I feel I can call back if I have any issues regarding my water heater.

1. What I liked:
The removal of old tank and installation of tankless was good and worked very well.
2. What I didn't like:
Electrical supply installation was not included, and I was not told about i9t before. Had to provide a long temporary cord for power supply for tankless (the existing cord was 24V, against 120 V for tankless) What if I my cord was not long enough?
-They removed the under-house cover and didn't put it back.
- They did not clean the cabinet where the tankless was located, leaving a lot of leaves and dirt.

The sales process was great, a few little hiccups but overall smooth. The installers arrived a little late (due to traffic) but were very professional and efficient. I would recommend this company for anyone installing or replacing a tankless or tank water heater.

Went through SoCalGas to purchase a new tankless water heater & added installation. We were happy that Water Heater Warehouse (WHW) contacted us ASAP to schedule the install but they couldn’t install until 6 days out:

Two days before, we panicked thinking we might need a permit. Called to ask if we needed a permit for the new tankless water heater so we called & spoke to Joey & he sounded unsure & said we don’t need a permit because our install wouldn’t have been scheduled if we needed one. Didn’t give me the warm fuzzies so I googled & per our city’s website, Yes, a permit & inspection was needed. We called the city & they were super helpful & reassured us that we can have the tankless water heater installed first & schedule the inspection later. So we called back & told Joey that yes, we need to get a permit & if they will be submitting the permit with their contractor number. He said yes.

We were happy with the removal of the old gas water heater & install of the new gas tankless water heater by Chris & his apprentice. Both super nice. After the install, the tankless water heater took forever for the hot water to come on for showers, even when I turn on the recirculator on the app. So annoying & feel like we’re wasting so much water. We agreed for Chris to have it set to smart schedule where it will monitor our hot water usage for a week to develop a good schedule.

5 days later, we smell gas by the newly installed tankless water heater. Called WHW & Joey said to call the gas company. Gas company came out 4 hrs later & confirm that there indeed gas leak & he had to shut down the gas & tankless water heater. And told us to call the installer to come fix the leak.

Just called WHW but of course they are closed & left a message with customer service.

We thought it would go smoothly as they have great reviews but at this point, we would NOT recommend this company. Not sure if it’s a faulty unit or faulty install. I’ll update my review when we find out.

We didn’t pick this company. It was through purchasing the tankless water heater from SoCalGas.

This company provides excellent service and great communication. Had planned to replace our defective water heater tank with a tankless water heater but when the techs explained the challenges of installing a new exhaust and condensate line in our townhouse, we opted for a mere tank replacement. They agreed to do this unplanned job on the same day, much to our total satisfaction. Great job!

Good communication / reminders from the company before the appointment and from the actual installers on the day. The two installers were friendly and had the complete changeout of the water heater complete in less than 2 hours, including changing a water feed valve and showing me how to use and service it, including me asking multiple questions. Cleaned up well after themselves and hauled away the old tank. Good experience and would recommend them.
