Vera was a "no-sho" for our first appointment about a week ago to estimate the cost of removing my large stucco tree stump and I was very disappointed. In addition, he does not answer the phone and his mail box is full. I hired E & M tree service in Gardena whom I've patronized twice before who was dependable and removed that old stump today that I would highly recommend instead, because Vera dose not provide good customer service.

Miguel was prompt and responsive from the get go, was able to do the job in a matter of days, showed up on time, worked hard and cleaned up well. I was concerned about damage to my ground cover and ferns and he understood and took necessary precautions to protect my landscaping. His price was competitive. I would definitely use Vera's Tree Trimming Service again. 👍🏼👍🏼

I’ve been in my home for over 20 years had several gardeners, never satisfied! After surfing the Internet I found Lonas gardening service. Checked out many of the comments on Yelp, all 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟... In reading what these happy people had to say I called the company, got a quick response and Luise was here on time the following morning. Probably got the spelling of his name wrong? I went through everything with him that I needed done, he gave me some great feedback, also some good ideas of his own. Long story short, too late for that! He gave me a very reasonable quote which I readily agreed to. He along with his crew arrived around 6:30 AM the following morning, the job was completed before the end of the day. The makeover looks amazing, I now have a new weekly gardening service and I couldn’t be happier!
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professional landscaping/gardening service at very reasonable prices! 😊

They cleaned up my whole backyard and removed trees...all within 6 hours, for a reasonable price. Although a couple of ansfus of items broken, my backyard looks decent now.
They were on time and wasted no time to get things done efficiently.

We used Lona's for a couple of months and had the worst experience. Their workers were very careless and clearly had no idea what they were doing. They did a hack job at mowing the lawn, they damaged our sprinkler system in over a dozen places which took hours to fix, and they damaged a rain gutter guard. When we brought these things up to the boss, Luis, he told us to go find another gardener. We had to force them to pay for the damages they caused.

So we found a new gardener - they're cheaper and way more proficient. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

Gutierrez and Sons has been my go to tree trimming service provider for the past 5 years and their work has always been exceptional. I can generally get an appointment within 2-3 days of calling. The crew arrives promptly, they are remarkably efficient, take care to not damage anything in the process, and never leave a trace other than the fine job they did trimming the trees. They also seem to go the extra mile to satisfy their customers, e.g., they put my Xmas tree through the chipper without me even asking them to so.
As far as quality, price, and timing are concerned, Gutierrez and Sons is top notch and highly recommended.

I used F*****'s last year but decided to switch to Gutierrez & Sons this year, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were prompt in providing an estimate and consistently available to address any questions or follow-ups. I'm giving 5 stars mainly because of their outstanding crew. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with their work, always checking in to see if I wanted any additional trimming, without ever showing signs of frustration. They carefully covered my backyard turfs as promised and left everything clean and tidy afterward. The only downside was a small accident when they punctured a hole in my drip hose, but they were quick to take responsibility and returned the next day to fix it. Additionally, while the owner and his son, who directed the work in the morning, had promised to return at the end of the day to review the job never showed up (though he texted me if I was pleased with the work). However, because I was pleased with the work, I would still give a 5-star. If you are picky with your yards, I would highly recommend Guiterrez & Sons.

We used Gutierrez and Son's for leveling and grading our backyard to lay artificial turf and build a walkway in front. They were extremely professional, courteous and polite. They showed up and finished their work on time and did an immaculate job with clean-up and hauling dirt when they left. The quality of their work meets our expectations and their price was very competitive. Needless to say that we will use them again for our future projects.

There was not one problem and everything turned out even better than I had hoped. I highly recommend them and I will use them again.

They showed up on time, they were polite and always asked questions if they were unsure what to do. We know we had to do something about them, but had been procrastinating because we thought it would be a big expensive job. Finally, we decided to call Gutierrez & Sons, because we always see their business cards distributed around our neighborhood. Gustavo came out to give us a free estimate. And for the size of the project, it turned out to be a great price!! We went ahead and retained them. As promised, they showed up on time!! The team consisted of four to five members, who proceeded to get to work without delay and worked diligently throughout the day. Every day they arrived on time and worked in a very professional and respectful manner. And when they were done for the day, each day they made sure to clean up. All interactions with the entire team was pleasant as they were polite and respectful. They estimated four days and sure enough it took exactly the time they estimated to get the job done. And not only did they do a fantastic job, they actually went over and above making sure everything was done properly. And when asked to make some minor changes, they responded without hesitation. For anybody looking for tree removal service, I would highly recommend Gutierrez & Sons. We will definitely use them again should the need arise as well as for any future landscaping needs.
