I called for an appointment and the guy that answered was rude and acted like I was bothering him with trying to give them business. I made sure to cancel that appointment fast. I refuse to give my money to a rude company.

Bestline has been my plumbing company for over 20 years. We have always been happy with their work. They are on time and get work done when promised.

Had my mother's house re-piped from galvanized to copper. Several corners were cut so I've recently come to find out after she passed away. When I phoned to see if they would simply come out to strap the pipes like they should've been in the first place, the jerk tried to tell me that the hammering pipe noise was my new faucet causing the problem while cussing me out on the phone. Completely unprofessional for a company that has been in business for as long as they advertise. I wouldn't hire these guys to water my lawn, let alone do any sort of construction.

Really Good Company. Been around since 1973. Owner has all Licence under his name (rare). He carries; B-General Building Contractor, A- General Engineering Contractor, ASB- Asbestos, C20- Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating And Air-Conditioning, C23- Ornamental, C33- Painting and Decorating, C36- Plumbing, C39- Roofing. The owner Leonard is a little old school over the phone. But as you can see hes way over qualified to answer any questions. People just need to listen. I called them to clean my drain. Its was only $69 dollars. When they came out thats when I met Leonard. Hes 67 years old and still runs the snake under the sink. Wow!
I would use his company for all my plumbing needs going forward.

I called for a quote when I mentioned the price on the flyer he got upset and said I don't have time to haggle with you. Find someone else. I said no Please? Then he hung up on me. Really disheartened because my uncle had his flyer on his fridge about a year. He may have known him so instead of telling my 80 + old uncle.. I will just tell him they couldn't come out today.

I attempted to schedule someone to do some plumbing work at my home over the course of two days. I was told someone was coming but they never showed. When I called back to inquire about whether they were still coming, the owner mumbled something and then hung up the phone in my face

Called on Monday and they said they would come out Tuesday and never showed. Call back was told no record of me making a appointment. Made another appointment, was a hour late from the time they said they would be out. The person said he didn’t have the material to fix the problem so he would come back the next day but he would only take cash only. Called later and canceled the appointment.

We had a mainline backup in our little house and we called to see if they could send someone over right away. The person that answered stated that they do not perform that service at night even though they are 24/7 company and just gave nothing but excuses as to why they wouldn't come and do it. Never going to try to call them again. It's a quick 15-20 min job but I guess I'll go somewhere else.

I called the office to have someone come out to clean out a drain in one of my apartments, and the first thing the person on the phone says is that apartments cost 99.00. I've been getting all of their advertisements constantly from this place and they all say "Clean any drain only $69.00" nowhere does it say extra charge for apartments. When I asked why they cost more his answer was there is always something more in apartments. And they say 24 hour service then but his reply to me was no one could come out today and mind you I called at 3 pm. My first dealings with Bestline Plumbing put a bad taste in my mouth , I will not be calling them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

These guys are AWSOME! I was catching the blues with my wall heater. Called SoCal gas and they yellow tagged it told me to call plumber. Didn't know better...what plumber have to do with gas!? Saw a flyer/magnet my grandson put on my fridge and called. Best line came out next day and explained everything. Unfortunately couldn't afford the work but they worked with me and got me on an affordable payment plan...yay!

We spent 5k for 6 hours of work. Doesn't seem honest at all

This company makes it their business to please. It needed a new shut off valve in order to get my new dishwasher installed. Marcos Zarate came to my rescue. It was late in the evening so we rescheduled. He not only on time he came early and replaced my shut off value and actually cleaned up the mess! I recommend t his company.

Unbelievable customer service! I call for an estimate on a slow drainage in my tube. The person over the phone gave me two amounts and said there is no estimates. We would come unclog the drain and that’s it!!!! I said ok I’ll give you a call back. He replied “no don’t call back!!” Let’s just say no need to ever doing business with this company. I called the South Bay number.
