Kirman Plumbing sent plumber Julio to repair the main shut-of valve and a shower valve that was leaking. I had the best experience as Julio was very prompt and professional. He did an outstanding job with the repairs and is truly an expert at his trade! I will make sure to request him again next time I need Kirman’s services again!. The property management called this company for a drainage issue that we had at my business.
They came in and they unplugged the drain(snaked the pip). They continued to snake the entire building without asking me for permission. I don’t own the building, I’m leasing a small space within that building.
They asked me to sign the invoice, I refused.
Because one, I thought our management will cover that, two they wouldn’t tell me how much is the fee!
The bill comes over a thousand dollars, which I’m responsible to pay.
Also they forged my signature on the invoice.
DO NOT trust this company. They are dishonest.
Something that would have cost me max $300,
I have to pay over a $1000.
Bad business…

Manuel Vallejo did an excellent job of testing my Backflow device. He was easy to work with, explained what he did, and got the job done quick.

Cliff is very knowledgeable and figured out how to install the water control with the most minimal space he had.
