They do have most of hard to find plumbing stuff, But, But, their price will kill you. Go to Ferguson in Carson they have everything good prices too..

I purchased Calfaucets bathroom fixtures from Rebacks. It turned out that Calfaucets consumer and dealer information is inaccurate. Based on their information I purchased a shower head with the recommended pivot swivel. After installation the water barely comes out. After the fact, they informed me that the shower head was not intended as a main shower, but as a secondary rain effect type, and it would not work with a pivot (even though the brochure recommends a pivot to use).

Given the circumstance, I would hope that they would expedite the replacement so we can take decent showers. After two months of requests, I still have not received feedback.Very unprofessional. Based on this customer service I will never purchase or recommend anyone to purchase from Rebacks, especially to purchase Calfaucets products.

Robert Reback, the owner of Reback’s, was a neighbor of mine. I’ve purchased plumbing supplies for three or four homes and I have been pleased with the products. Robert has taken care of me.

When a business stays around for many years, there is always a good reason. My husband and I went to Reback because we had a leak in our bathroom; we called two different plumbers and both of them were not able to fix the problem, they were just telling us: "You need to open the wall and replace everything". We went to Reback looking to buy everything brand new, but then we showed a photo of our current bathroom to Henri and he immediately recognized the fixture we have. Not only he sold us just the part that we needed, he also gave us instructions on how to replace it. He saved us quite a lot of money and I will be always grateful for that.

This is my last resource for plumbing parts and fixtures. If they don’t have it you won’t find it anywhere else. My two stars goes for costumer service, they are not friendly at all. They are rude and think they know it all. I ask them to order a part for me and they referred me to ferguson . Every time I come to this store I get the same bad costumer service

I can't recommend Rebacks enough. I bought most of my bathroom remodel fixtures from them in 2014 and just purchased a toilet and tub for my rental unit today. The service has always been superb and their prices are still reasonable. They always save me time with their expert advice!

The showroom is beautiful and expansive. 🤷🏾‍♀️ The customer service was HORRIBLE. 🤦🏾‍♀️ No one acknowledged me or offered help. I had to request help and didn't really get support. I just felt like they didn't care. So I left. I can't beg you to allow me to be a customer. Really disappointed because I've heard good things about this place. I suggest you go somewhere where you're valued.

Reback’s is a gem in the South Bay for hard to find plumbing parts. I had an old bath shower needed a pair of valve inserts, stem cover and handles. I went to several plumbing stores and could not find the right parts. Then I thought about Reback’s. I had been at Reback’s previously buying parts, the guy who helped me was not very friendly so I hesitated a little going there again. I was very delighted when Ethan offered me his help. He not only found me the right parts but also gave me detailed instructions on how to replace them. I replaced the parts without any issue! It was my lucky day!!

I had an amazing experience with Oly Nero at Reback. He helped me tremendously in fixing a leaky faucet that was high end but we couldn’t determine cartridges for due to misinformation. He’s a great guy who offers excellent customer service. He’s tall, black and works behind the counter. I’m so impressed that I hope to order my next faucets through Reback’s when I remodel.

The owner here is a real jerk and extremely rude!

I hade a very small gumball machines in this establishment that was for a good cause, it donated proceed to children in need. The National Children's Cancer Society, to be exact.

And he told me to take my machine out because it was "in the way" and because "it was not selling"

This machine is about 3' feet tall and the base it about a foot in diameter. The machine was in a corner by a display faucet NOT in the way at all!

I have a total of 6 machine which this location was my best preforming spot. This is a plumbing supply store its not like customers were coming here solely for this gumball machine!

I showed him the quater that it made and still asked of I could move it before taking it out completely, he was very aggressive in tell me to take it away! So no I DONT recommend in coming here for your plumbing need. Hirsch pipe and supply in Lawndale is way better and way more friendly than this jerk!

This is an amazing place with a staff that knows everything you could possibly need to know about the plumbing world. Highly recommended!!

Looking for incompetency? You have found the right place!

After multiple (yes, multiple visits) to the store, consulting with three different employees, I still did not get all the essential parts to finish the remodel of my bathroom. Knowing that I am inexperienced in this area, I consulted who I thought would be experts (as they work at place that sells all of the plumbing items needed for the remodel). They are not.

I asked again, again, and again, each time I went to the store if I needed to purchase anything else, as the remodel was just around the corner, and was told on repeat that I was good to go. Spoiler alert, I was not.

The first time, I was told the sink I picked was the wrong size and I need to pick a new one (it was not, and the one I picked fit perfectly, so thank you for that waste of time). The second time, I was told everything I picked would take 6 weeks to ship so I needed to pick new items again (and that the previous employee who helped me didn't know anything about anything). The third time, I changed the whole look and design of the bathroom based on what they had in stock right then and there, checking that I had everything I needed, again (and again...).

Only to find out mid-construction that I did not have all I needed because when I specified I want these two items, I guess that meant I only wanted one of them, but please act like you gave me both, and try to make it seem like I was the fool. That's what I get for trusting "experts."

Lesson learned, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me, fool me three times...
