Water at our home stopped draining last Wednesday night. I called Contractor Reaponse Plumbing and spoke to Carlos Thursday morning. I received great customer service from the first call and Carlos arrived within the hour. He made several sneaking attempts to unclog the main sewer line. After the failed attempts we were advised the main line would need to be replaced. Work was started the same day and finished the next day on Friday morning. They were professional and worked with urgency to complete the job as quickly as possible. Overall they are great and I would highly recommend them.

I've used Carlos several times - in an emergency, for planned plumbing work at our house and for some routine fixes. His pricing is good, he's very intelligent and incredibly clear and communicative - explaining in thorough detail what and why he has done what he has - and he's also incredibly clean.

I would, and have recommended him to all my friends. I cannot speak highly enough about his work.

This is a great company that is extremely knowledgeable in what they do.
I had an absolute nightmare dealing with an issue that 2 companies could not completely solve or leave me confident in their work.
Thankfully I found Major league plumbing.
Jasmine answered the phone early the morning I called. She listened & had understanding of my issue like she works in the field. She was also empathetic to my situation & gave me reassurance that they would take care of this. She talked about their experience with these issues before & that she was confident her guy Andrew could solve the issue & get the gas turned back on.
Andrew came later that same day to assess , give me information regarding the problem, findings & solutions step by step as he went through to solve the entire issue.
He took video & photos for me along the way, as I had to move across the country to take care of my parents & could not be present on site.
Andrew is extremely knowledgeable with gas lines & does intelligent troubleshooting as he goes. He is NOT there to run up a bill with things that do not exist. He detected & found a leak that was not detected by a detection company. He resolved the issue the same day, within a few hours of his arrival.
Trust is imperative when people are working on your home, most especially if you can’t be there to physically view test results, old parts & seeing the new work.

I am very grateful to have found a trusted plumbing company that has a skilled & great team.

Good service by Josh. Timely and punctual! My shower was dripping a bit of water after turning off, and required a cartridge replacement (Delta KRP46074). The cost was $500, for a 30 minute job. Great service but definitely expensive. If you’re looking to get something fixed, avoid my mistake and get a few estimates.

Mario did the estimate and install very knowledgeable and professional. Took the time to explain the tankless water heater system and set our heating schedule upon completion. Jasmine at the office was very kind and provided quick turnaround from the estimate to the installation. Will be using MLP again for future projects.

We hired Major League to do several jobs - fixing a broken shower valve, a frozen water heater valve, several faucet replacements and three toilet repairs. Eddie and his partner did a great job; they were also professional - they communicated their arrival times in advance and they were courteous and careful with the house. Their prices were reasonable for the quality of work. Would definitely recommend them!

Major League Plumbing is my new go to for professional plumbing . Very knowledgeable about tankless water heaters. Eddie came out and took real good care of my household's hot water needs. Very professional and they came a day before our appointment. They respected that fact that we don't wear shoes inside of the house and covered their shoes without me even asking. I had a really bad leak in the kitchen and Josh easily fixed the issue and even fixed my toilet that wouldnt stop running as well. I needed immediate assistance and all was fixed same day. Very helpful and professional.
