Rude!!! One of the plumbers at this business likes to block the neighbors driveways and move their trash cans on trash day because he is either too lazy to find a proper place to park his car or is late for work. I don’t know which it is, but he is the worst! I definitely do not use this business for my plumbing needs especially when my called was answered by someone who sounded mad because they had to work on a Saturday. These two strikes did it for me. No thanks!

Probably shouldn't be floatin down Man Bch Blvd at 5p on a weekday, blaring your horn because there's traffic. At 5p. On a weekday... with business logos all over your van. Can't imagine what the service is like with such a lack of patience and the affects of road rage from your technicians. I'd be concerned having them in or near my home. Hard pass.

We saw an ad for a $54 drain special in Valpak and figured it was worth trying out, so we called them when our sink was blocked. They promised someone would show up within the hour or so, but two hours later, no one showed up due to traffic. We were told to wait until the next morning, only to be delayed again.

When the young plumber finally arrived, he seemed nice and professional. He removed the cap on the outside wall and cleared the sink, then snaked it for about 20 feet before encountering resistance. It became clear that we needed a camera inspection because of the blockage, which would cost $250. However, after another few hours, the gruff supervisor showed up with an even worse attitude. He removed the cap to insert the camera, and instead of taking any images, he simply declared that our main cast iron drain was busted just by looking at the sludge and debris.

The supervisor's demeanor was completely unacceptable, and his prediction of a $13,000 repair estimate seemed arbitrary and made no sense. His aggressive pushiness left me feeling frustrated and uncomfortable. I decided to get a second opinion and talked to my neighbor who recently had their pipes replaced by another company.
