I recently had a mixed experience with Drain Right. On the one hand, Tony was great - he showed up on time (unfortunately) and did a fantastic job. However, the entire process was marred by terrible communication and scheduling issues.

When I initially called to schedule an appointment for Friday from 9-11, no one showed up. After multiple calls to dispatch, I was met with condescension and skepticism. The dispatcher repeatedly assured me that Drain Right had made a mistake and was calling the wrong company, despite my insistence that I had indeed made the appointment.

Despite making another appointment for later in the day, I was disappointed when no one showed up again. After three calls to dispatch, they insisted that someone would call with an update, but I never received one. It wasn't until over an hour had passed and six hours after my scheduled appointment time that Tony finally called to inform me he wouldn't be able to make it.

To add insult to injury, I didn't receive a single call with an update until the next day when we rescheduled for 9am. While I appreciate Drain Right's technicians - they did excellent work - the lack of communication and respect for customers' time is appalling. It's unacceptable that their techs are put in a difficult position by not being informed about scheduling issues.

Overall, while I would recommend Drain Right to others based on their technical expertise, I doubt I would use them again due to their abysmal customer service and communication.
