Visiting a family member in Gardena, was forced to take cold showers due to a worn out Moen shower mixer valve. I tried and failed to replace the cartridge, figured we’d have to tear the wall apart and put in an entirely new mixer valve and rebuild the shower wall. Mario responded quickly to our weekend call. He was very professional and courteous. With surgical precision, he chiseled out the old fused cartridge, and completed the repair. Amazing! Mario is our hero. No more cold showers. The charge of the repair was reasonable, considering the difficulty and taking into account it was a weekend after-hours call. Two thumbs up!

Everyone at MLP is incredibly nice and Eddie is extremely knowledgeable about tankless hot water heaters. He has saved the day for us twice already. Would highly recommend this company.

Great service and quick turnaround. My electric tankless water heater stopped working, and they fit me into their busy schedule to make sure I didn’t go without hot water for long.

Eddie was super personable and answered all of my questions. He diagnosed and replaced the water heater and went above and beyond by fixing some copper pipes that were awkwardly placed by a previous plumber.

When an electrical issue came up, they were able to refer me to a trusted electrician to troubleshoot it and get things up and running.

All around a great experience and I’m happy with the results.

I just completed a service call with Josh, and I couldn’t be happier. As a returning customer, I’ve always found the team to be very responsive — most of the time, they’re able to come out and fix the issue within just a couple of hours. Josh is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. What I appreciate most is that he always aims to provide a permanent solution, but never pressures you into it. Instead, he explains the situation clearly, offers me a couple of options, and lets me decide what works best. Every time, things have gone smoothly.

I had an excellent experience with Major League Plumbing and couldn’t be more satisfied with the work. The job involved a complex drain repair through concrete, and it was handled professionally from start to finish. Mario carefully demoed the concrete to expose the leaking drain line, cut out the faulty ABS fitting, and rebuilt the section using new CP bands. He also ensured the kitchen line was properly reconnected.

After completing the repair, they thoroughly tested the line to confirm everything was working correctly and then patched the concrete cleanly. The workmanship was high quality, communication was clear, and the job was done efficiently and correctly. I highly recommend MLB for any drain or repair work.

Josh G. was knowledgeable and patient when explaining my issue to me. He also gave me 3 choices as to how we could solve my concern. I chose the most expensive option for repair, but I was very comfortable with my decision because of the clarity in the explanation of the work being done. The job was completed in a timely manner as well. 10 stars or 5 stars on here. Major League Plumbing will have my return business.

First allow me to say that I am knowledgeable of how hard it is to make a dollar today as a local business. Now, having said that I will add that upfront pricing and rates that are explained clearly on either an invoice or a final receipt should be cornerstones of good service and business practices.

This company does good work. They employ, hard-working and knowledgeable and fast working people - to my experience. This critique is not about those people. It is about a practice of not informing the customer of what they are paying for.

Major league was one of three companies. I used recently in the repair of a tankless water heater. The error codes had been flashing, and I called their services to help me finally diagnose what the issue was. As I was told upon the initial call and upon the departure of the Initial two hour investigate visit from one of their technicians: the cost for the initial visit would be $169 and that would be deducted from any repair charges that we might accrue in the future.

The technician found a faulty motherboard and put in for the parts to be sent to their facilities so that they could come back and repair the unit once the parts were delivered the following week. From no fault of their own we had to wait three days to get the parts and they were very prompt in getting the notification that they would return and complete the installation of the new parts that were all under warranty. A second technician came and installed the motherboard, an exhaust flap, and I believe two other parts. The technician informed for my wife that the cost for this installation would be $450 and she promptly paid the bill. Later when k returned home I asked my wife “how long did the plumber spend on the job?” She said approximately 1.5 hours and I believe our RING camera records show that. As I stated in my earlier comment, the work that was done was very competent, and it gave us back the luxury of hot water. My only concern was that when I called to ask for a more clear accounting of the $405 bill ($600 total with the cost of the previous visit for an estimated time of labor at 3+ hours) I was told that $405 was the cost to install those parts. There were three parts installed, one of which, the motherboard, which had been disconnected from the previous technician. When I inquired as to the fact that their initial visit took two hours and the charge was $169 and that I would like to better understand how they priced the installation fees. I was told that those fees were not hourly, but rather job related cost. The $405 charge was based upon the cost to install specific parts.

If I were to give my rating for the work, they did it would be a five star performance. But when we were talking about rates that appear to be rather random in how they are placed on the invoice and the receipt I received I feel this deserves a lower rating. The customer service and communications portion of their company is wonderful. They even tried to call me back and give me 10% off of my next Plumbing related appointment. I don’t know if I will be calling them again as I would have liked to have received a clear explanation for what I was charged, and I believe that in the beginning, they should be clear about not basing their labor cost upon hourly rates, but job completion ratings.

Major League Plumbing did a great job for us. A gas line issue was identified yesterday that left our tenant without gas, and they were able to come out quickly the following day and take care of it. They explained what the problem was, replaced the damaged pipe, and made sure everything was pressure tested and safe before service was restored.

Communication was clear, pricing was fair, and the work was done efficiently. Gas issues are never fun to deal with, especially with a tenant involved, but they made the process straightforward and stress-free. I’d definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

I have called at least 4 other plumbing companies out over the years to look at our sewer line. Most of which used a camera. Eddie was the only one to tell me that we shared a line w/ our neighbor! He graciously dealt w/ my neighbor and handled the job beautifully.

We obviously called Major League on our 2nd project, a bathroom remodel. The bathroom is fantastic.

When our 2nd bathroom needs to be updated, we will def call Major League Plumbing.

Major League shows up professional, pleasant, trustworthy, easy to work w/, and knowledgeable. It's just been an overall A++ experience having them work on my home. I will def be a repeat customer!

Absolutely love working with Major League Plumbing - they are professional and thorough and have so many great technicians. Eddie and his team - Alex and George - provided great service and did amazing work for our re-pipe. Jasmine and Marcos in the office are very communicative making sure everything goes smoothly and customers are well-taken care of. I got four quotes before this big project - they were competitive in their quote, but most importantly they were the most thorough, walking me through every step of the process to get the job done not only quickly but done to high standards.

Called Major League Plumbing because we had a sudden plumbing emergency. Jasmine answered my call immediately and sent Josh to my house within 30 minutes on a holiday evening! Was having a party and of course had plumbing issues. Late night had to get service done. Called Major League Plumbing.

Response time was amazing. Got there right away but also were sending updates while on the way.
Professional company and attitude from Eddie. Explained what they were doing the entire time. Cost was presented and approved. They had some issues and explained what those issues were.

Follow up was provided and they also provided a quote on repairs that are needed. Will be using them exclusively in the future.

Pricing seemed reasonable but I’m ok paying for great and honest service.

Previously, I had a tankless water heater installed by a different company, but unfortunately the workmanship seemed inadequate and the unit failed much sooner than expected. Because of that experience, I was very careful when choosing a contractor this time and decided to hire this company.
It turned out to be the right decision. They clearly explained the cause of the issue and what needed to be improved, and their installation work was extremely thorough and detail-oriented. I truly felt their professionalism and integrity throughout the process.
The system is now working perfectly, and I feel confident and comfortable using it. I’m very satisfied with their service and plan to rely on them for regular maintenance going forward. Highly recommended.

These guys are amazing! Found corrosion on our old water heater tank on a Friday morning. By the good grace of the Almighty they had someone nearby and were able to have it replaced fully within hours. And at a truly fair price for their quality work and services. They hauled the old one for me too. These guys killed it, hands down. We'll be ringing them with any future issues for sure.

Emerson Plumbing Services are my go to plumbing company! They are extremely busy but will try and fit you in ASAP!

Emerson Plumbing did a great job. My water heater died on me in the AM. Called up Emerson and they were out in a few hours. By 7pm, they had totally replaced my old 50 gal heater with a tankless heaters. Very happy results, the quality of the job and the reasonable cost.

From the woman that answered the phone and set the appointment (sorry, didn’t catch her name) to Danny the plumber, TOTAL A+ customer service. Scheduling, even short-term notice rescheduling, was easy. Danny came out, fixed our problem quickly and efficiently. The cost was more than reasonable.

This is our 3rd time calling them.

This time is the water pressure regulator failure, causing humming noise all over the house. Home warranty won't cover because it's located outside the house.

Gel and Denny arrived the same day I called, carefully inspected the water pressure even I told them what the previous tech found. I am glad I hired them as it's not as easy as what youtube video showed. If you missed some tiny procedure it will cause more problem in the future.

Gel and Denny were here to replace my water heater back in 2022, if a company can keep their employees, that pretty much tells me they are doing the right things. (to their employees and customers) Just like before, they did a good job, release the water system pressure, as long as my pressure from my wife.

This is our 2nd time using their service. Last year they replaced 75 gallons water heater for us and it still works great!

We had serious kitchen leak recently and they sent 2 technicians. They fixed the leaks and replaced the faucet with reasonable price.

Great service and people and I highly recommend them again!

My water heater broke and the warranty company was slow. Emerson Plumbing came to my house to inspect in the evening and replaced it in a few days. Considering there is a labor shortage nationwide, this is very fast.

They did a great job with reasonable price. They used professional unit not a cheap one. And they listened and explained to me.
