This place was on point as a cleaning services worker but then they became very harsh to workers demanding for them to use old towels and mops, and equipment, they have made employees hand wash all equipment when in reality hand wash does not clean or sanitized equipment I find that very disturbing and dirty for our accounts, how can they request to clean desk and tables and etc with hand wash equipment not fair at all , was happy with the job but very I mean very poor supervision job

This place was a complete disgrace and embarrassment for me to even try and work here. Theres no comunication with staff and Mike the owner is the type that wont admit his faults i started at 3:30pm and went home at 2:00am with no breaks no lunch and they still took me out of town without my consent it felt like i was being abducted and we were only suppose to do 2 units but end up doing 8 after my first day here i realized then that this is not what its cracked up to be and how the whole staff is its a joke! I dont know how they been around this long but i know why there short staff the picture on there profile is a lie more then half dont work there because they quit two people quit the night i started and now i can see why i would give this place no stars 👎 and the places we we're suppose to clean the lady Angelica only to vacuum so we never wiped down or sprayed any disinfected just vacuum and used old mops and rags.

Have used them both personally and for my business. Very impressed with there punctuality, promised and delivered what they quoted on time. I would recommend them to anyone and use them again.

They do a good job.

I needed a unit carpet cleaned and I called the Cleaning Services and the sent someone out the next day and 2days later another crew came for another unit clean I was very pleased with the service and quick response.

Zero stars. DO NOT HIRE this company. They will send unqualified technicians to your home to do basically nothing and then send you a bill for the full amount, even though you voiced your concerns on the day of service. There is something strange about this company. DO NOT hire them. They will not do what they say they will do and then charge full price. Very deceitful. :-(

I had Cleaning Services out to my house to clean before the Holidays and they did a GREAT job! I would highly recommend them to anyone. They cleaned by mini-blinds! WOW that was worth every penny!

They claim i have the wrong company but i am 100% sure we delt with them..Horrible experience with this company and the management lacks customer service. Our account was dropped because they did not like that we would criticize there work. When it was obvious they did not clean well. As clients we are entitled to provide them feedback on what could have been done better. They are very difficult to get a hold of no one is ever available not even to their paying clients.

The team was awesome! They called to see if they could show up earlier. They went to work immediately. My carpets feel brand new. You would never guess I had 3 dogs. Thanks for all you do!

Overpriced! My apartment was left spotless and this company- Cleaning Services charged the tenant company $650 for "cleaning" which was deducted from my deposit. Total ripoff!

Cleaning Services cleaned my house prior to the Thanksgiving holiday. Three women spent three hours doing an exceptional job getting my home in tip-top shape for a houseful of company. The women worked diligently and met my expectations in every way

I have used cleaning services for house cleaning for over 10 years. They are reliable and efficient. I also used them recently for window cleaning (inside & out and screens). They were on time, friendly, efficient, clean and the windows look terrific!

No written or verbal estimate. Did not do a very good job; urine on toilet, cleaning rag in sink garbage disposal, light covers in trash, floor filthy. Took a week for supervisor to visit and suggest crew did their job properly. When I balked at the $900 invoice, then turned me over to a collection agency.

I live in gilroy for the past 6 years & decided to use a local cleaning service ....
I called & schedule for a estimate to get my house cleaned twice a month ....
after calling several times I was able to get someone to return my call to get a price ..
after 3 weeks a lady came out & gave me a price of $180 ..which was little high for a 2100 SQ house but I decided to give them a chance !
They had a crew of 2 people took them 3 & half hours to finish ...I asked to clean the oven they told me is a extra charge !!! I asked them to clean the fridge they said extra charge $30
& after I said Ok ....
they said next time we have no time ?!?!!!!
Overall I was very disappointed in their service & especially since they never clean under the sofas or the bed full of dust
we have a small 6 month old daughter and the dust was the main reason we had them clean the house !
I called couple of days later to talk to a manager regarding my concerns but after getting transferred 3 times ....they said leave a massage which after I did i never received a phone call back !
I would never do business with this company & I think people should be aware of their poor customer service skills & especially their lack of complete cleaning service !

Cleaning Services has been taking care of our office for several years now and has always done a great job. They were just here last Friday and as usual, they were on time, friendly and professional!!! I highly recommend using their services!

I have been a costumer for 5 years and will not have them back to my home. They ruined a piece of furniture with a cleaner they assured my was safe on wood. Bottom line is it's not! They didn't get back to me for 3 weeks, at which time the manager told me it wasn't their fault. I told her for their sake they need to listen because it will happen to someone else. If you cannot be responsible for what you do then you will not have valued costumers...at least not this one.
