Merry Maids of Gilroy did an excellent job with a move out clean. They did so good, in fact, that I sort of wish I wasn't moving out! The place was 100 times cleaner than when I first moved in and it made me realize what I was missing out on. If I weren't leaving the area entirely I would come back to Merry Maids without a second thought. Top notch work, and the cleaners were extremely professional and really seemed like they cared. They were also flexible schedule wise and were willing to work with me on a time that worked for me. 10/10, definitely recommended.

We've been having Merry Maids of Gilroy clean our home for about two years. The team and management are very efficient, punctual, and responsive to all requests and changes. If there is a problem (which rarely happens), a call to the office gets it sorted out quickly so it does not recur. We've had the team clean our outside windows, too, and they did a great job.

Had Merry Maids clean my house for my birthday and it was the BEST GIFT EVER! My house is gorgeous and sparking clean bc they really cared to do an excellent job! Well worth it!

Erika and her teammate from Merry Maids of Gilroy did an amazing job. I was reluctant to book multiple appts not knowing what to expect but after seeing how thorough they were - I can’t wait to have them back! Happy wife - happy life!

They were wondering ladies that did my home, but I only glance in the oven looked great but I took a second look in the oven and it was not completely clean on the left side and right. Like to have the oven finished. Here are the pics. Happy Everything else looked great.

My family and I chose Merry Maids above all the other services we considered not only because of the services they provide but because of the high level of professionalism of Yvette and her willingness to consider our needs. Yvette was responsive, very helpful and pleasant. The Merry Maid team of Erika and Flor did an amazing job of performing a deep cleaning of our home. They were very pleasant and Erika took time to confirm the areas to be cleaned. The team was thorough in cleaning, and they did not cut corners. Our kitchen cabinets have never looked more beautiful. They also paid special attention to cleaning our stairs and ceiling fans. We are so happy with the cleaning performed by Merry Maids.

After asking for a free quote they responded after two weeks asking if I’m still interested. When I told them yes and provided details they asked for I’m being ghosted again. Perhaps cleaning services are good, but front desk is terrible

I would give this company 10 stars if I could! after 24 hours of us talking on the phone vicente came by to take a look at the yard and instantly gave me a quote after minutes of looking around. I was very suprised since i was quoted damn near doubled from his asking price just a week before. They cleaned my whole back yard and built my pation within 4 days. They have immaculate service, his crew was on time, ATTENTIVE to details and super clean ! V&L really exceeded my expectations. My back yard truly looks WAY better than before! Thanks to vicente and his father, They were phenomenal! I highly RECOMMEND this company & i will defenitely recommend them to family & friends. Great job guys!

I had my backyard redone with Vincente (boss) from V & L Landscape + Design in summer 2022. At first, it seems like he was a nice guy that would get the job done at a reasonable price and would honor the promises to come back and fix any issues that needed fixing. We had him built a red cedarwood gazebo, update hard landscaping, and built a few wooden planters. It hasn't even been 2 years since the gazebo was built, and the rain has peel off the material he used to cover the roof. The gazebo pole are swaying and the wooden ceiling he screwed to the inside is slowly falling off because the wood warped. We tried to call him several time, left voice messages and email, but he has not responded. This is not only horrible customer service, but also very unethical. I trusted in the guy even though he is young because he seems to have integrity, it really backfired. To anyone else who knows him or is considering his work, you should think twice about relying on him in case the quality don't pull through.
