Never thought I’d be this happy!!

When Chad showed up, I didn’t have my key. What a difficult customer was I! But Chad told me he’ll come back in an hour so I can go fetch the keys and he would still do the job on the same day bc it works best for me.

He told me exactly what I should expect but when the job is done, IT WAS BETTER THAN I IMAGINED! Never thought my old OLD carpet can be truly salvaged!

I highly recommend his company to anyone who needs carpet cleaning!!

Chad and Jimmy did an amazing job on our on-site apartment's tile floors, counter top/bathroom wall tile, and carpet! The grout between each tile was black from being dirty, when it should have been light gray. After their work, everything looked great! Counter tops and bathroom walls looked unusable, and now it is looking great! We have Chad and crew set up for other projects. Highly recommended!

I called Blue Rooster due to a interaction between our giant dog, a odorous skunk and our furniture and rugs. I spoke to Chad who was friendly and professional. Even though it was a Sunday morning, he said he could have someone at our home at 11:30am! Yippee!

Our couch, love seat and chair had not been professionally cleaned in many years and to add to that the skunk smell...well, John worked for hours and did such a wonderful job. Wanted to have the carpet cleaned while moving out and Chad's service was excellent and got our deposit back! Chad came promptly and ready to go. Price was fair but be mindful that to have the correct amount of money ready, Chad does not carry change. We will be calling him again!

Chad did an amazing job on our carpet! He made two years of uncleaned carpet with stains literally go from night to day. I needed this done last minute before family came to visit and after contacting numerous cleaners and he was able to fit me into his busy schedule. Very nice, arrived on time, communicated with me before and after, explained each step of the cleaning and stuck to his promised quote. I’ve got four small children (my oldest is 5) and a cat. Our carpets were a mess!! But Blue Rooster Carpet Cleaning is fantastic. On time, professional, efficient. And my carpets have never looked (or smelled) so good now that they’ve been cleaned. 10/10 definitely recommend!!
