Not a great experience.

Joe took me through all the questions, establishing from the beginning what I was looking for: great one or two cleaners in the San Fernando Valley (right off the 101), speaks English to avoid too much miscommunication, small, tidy condo.

He was enthusiastic, asked a lot of questions, spent about 20 minutes on the phone.

He felt he had at least one team that was 'a perfect fit'.

Said he'd 'get back to me shortly'.

5 hours go by, no follow up. I call to leave a voicemail, SPECIFICALLY requesting not to cop out with a Text (as that's for my family and work), and to just let me know.

No surprise these days given the level of (or lack thereof) 'professionalism' in many of these 'Cleaning Specialists' - he chose to ignore my request and texted that he is understaffed and does not have anyone he can send out to Sherman Oaks.

Highly recommend Sparkle & Shine - they got right back to me and we've got our first cleaning scheduled and on the books.

Apparently if you don't have a large home that can accommodate their 'large groups' of cleaners and don't live outside their Los Angeles area, this is not a good first call.

I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for housekeeping services. The ladies that came were super friendly and very hardworking. They left my house looking spotless just like the name!! Liz did a great job of making sure I was satisfied with the work before leaving which I really appreciated.

They did an amazing job cleaning. Helped me with a move out and the cleaner went above and beyond by helping me clean spots that were hard to get to or taking care of spots pet fur gets to like the baseboards. Booking was also super easy and they were very punctual. 10/10 recommend.

Joseph at Spotless Sparkle Cleaners was so easy to work with. Very accommodating to my busy schedule! He found me a date right before Christmas and a perfect time! The cleaning was done professionally and left a spotless clean! Such a load off to not have to deal with cleaning my apartment right before the holiday celebrations begin!

It was easy to book a first deep clean online. Ever since then they've come every two weeks. It's not always the same person, but everyone who has come through has been friendly, polite, efficient, and thorough. It's so nice to have this taken care of; even tidying up between their visits is less stressful. They've definitely elevated our quality of life.

Joe’s team came out to do a deep cleaning for a large rental house and they knocked it out of the park! Every inch was left spotless. We had a special request to remove the screens because there was years of dust between the screen and window, on the frame. They were happy to do so. We also asked them to clean all the vertical blinds, one by one. Again, they said no problem and left the place immaculate. Highly recommend!
