I highly recommend Blue Rooster! They are professional, thorough, and easy to do business with. They arrived when they said they would, and took the time to meticulously clean my sofa, making sure that all of the stains were removed. The owner Chad even called me after the job was done to make sure that I was completely satisfied. My sofa looks fantastic, and I'm very, very pleased with their work.

Blue Rooster did an absolutely superb job cleaning both a fairly large sofa as well as a vintage mid century danish area rug. They were very helpful in explaining the different treatments and were on-time, and did a bang up job. I will gladly use them again and refer friends!

Blue Rooster Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning my couch (that I never had professionally cleaned before in my 6 years of ownership). They were friendly, professional and speedy. Not only that, but Chad (the owner) also cleaned my area rug on the house. I definitely will be using Blue Rooster Carpet Cleaning again in the future!

They were incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. I had a very difficult cleaning job that had already been attempted by a different company and Chad from Blue Rooster didnt just immediately tell me it would be totally fine (which many other companies did!) he was candid about what could and couldn’t be done and the best way to handle the cleaning,
which I really appreciated.

They did a great job with the cleaning (much better than the first company) and continued to follow up to make sure everything turned out alright.

My place looks sparkly and beautiful! I had not had my carpets cleaned since the pandemic so Chad had a big job ahead of him but he exceeded my expectations and then some. Blue Rooster was awesome. Came right on time and thoroughly cleaned some extremely dirty carpet we inherited in our new home. Chad was super easy to communicate with and offered advice on what services were needed in order to attack the stains the most effectively. We were very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone.

Chad couldn't have been more friendly, accommodating, or professional. From the first call he was incredibly kind and responsive, willing to make himself available within our limited schedule. More than that, the service was wonderful and we are very happy with the quality of the work. Our living room feels bright and airy now that the carpet and soft have been spruced up.

Not only did they leave my one bedroom apartment spotless, but the entire team was so communicative and thoughtful through the booking, cleaning, and payment process. It felt like dealing with real people who happen to own a business, instead of a weird forced transaction with folks who don’t care. Will absolutely hire them again!! We were in desperate need of cleaning our couch and chair and especially our rug. After one of our dogs decided to go on strike to go outside to do his " job" while it was raining for a few days. Even though we have a doggie door. Anyway. He left his " marks " all over the living room. The smell became unbearable. No matter what we used to clean it up with. So I found Chad's company. Specializing in dogs/cats urin problems. After talking to him on the phone and having to call him back twice, again. Because I had to make sure my spouse was ok with the terms. Chad was very patient and forthcoming. And even adjusted the price to our satisfaction. He came with his assistant. Chad explained what they are going to do and they were extremely thorough with their work. I was very impressed. Chad, is a very knowledgeable man in his field. But also a people person, good to talk to. He and his assistant did a fantastic job. Pics of the results below plus the "perpetrator" who caused all this! Hey did their very best. I will highly recommend this company.

I thought my carpet was clean since I don't wear shoes inside. I was wrong. Blue Rooster cleaned in a way I never could've and I was shocked how much dirt came up. And
My carpet is t even 3 years old and I vacuum weekly. On top of that, they took their time and didn't rush. Really thorough. Also, I was pleasantly surprised with the owner. We talked in the phone about 15 minutes before I booked and he patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. He obviously cares about his company's reputation and wants a completely satisfied clientele. That's rare.
