Great selection of indoor and outdoors plants, herbs, succulents, pots and gardening material. The staff are very helpful.

It used to be my favorite weekend go-to spot before the female manager showed up. She acts like she’s the CEO of the world. It's rude and completely out of touch. There’s one tall guy and a tall girl who are both very nice. I really like them! Aside from that, it’s a pretty quirky garden spot.

What an amazing staff I went over because their plants never die! And I know that if they did which I have not experienced that they would replace them in a heartbeat if it is their fault. That said they have an amazing collection of beautiful plants for shade, and partially obscured areas to plant gorgeous flowers, succulents, I bought citrus trees when I was there, Mayer, lemon and citron. Plus I bought herbs. They are very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant there which makes the shopping experience wonderful and that doesn’t happen very much anymore, but it does over Armstrong. I needed small rocks for the bees in my garden so they could get a drink. They had it. I needed a really good fertilizer for my garden. They had it. They took all the items out to my truck and loaded it for me. And today to get that kind of customer service is, so nice! My plants are doing well. They planted in pots and in the ground now. And thriving! I’m gonna be heading back there to get a couple of pots for the garden. I need some large ones and I think if you’re in need of plants, you shouldn’t get them at the big boxes. You should buy them at a nursery.

I love Armstrong's, they are very helpful for any spot or patio in your garden. They have everything you need , from an arid scape, lush scape garden and fruit trees! And they stand behind every bush or tree! You can't go wrong with Armstrong Garden Centers

Excellent service, sales rep extremely knowledgeable. Beautiful variety of plants and ground cover. I purchased a lovely yellow hibiscus. They also offer classes for beginning gardner's.

This store does not deserve a 5 star rating for its overall customer service. The store manager made a sarcastic comment and another worker second it by a sarcastic laugh. This tells me that they are not professional, don’t love their job, and perhaps not compensated well which is not my fault. As a customer I expect them to be professional and accommodating! I approached four people on the day of my visit. Two out of four were very helpful and polite, but the other two were as I mentioned above. I spent a couple of hundreds for my purchases that day!

Came here to purchase some plants for my balcony and the employees there helped me find everything and answered all my questions. Love going here for all my outdoor plant needs.

I go here more times than I'd like to admit. They have fresh and healthy vegetables. Their plants, cactus and succulents are very healthy too. All of the soil, soil amendments, nutrients and sprays are quality and, if I'm not mistaken, organic.

I'm so happy to have found a place that can take 95% of my gardening needs away from Home Depot.

This is my favorite local nursery for a number of reasons. 1 - Parking is easy. 2 - Everyone there appears to be very knowledgeable and friendly. For example, I needed a bamboo that wasn't super invasive and would only grow to be about 8' tall. One of the people there knew exactly what I needed and suggested a clumping variety name the "Golden Goddes". 3 - They have a wide variety of everything (see pictures).

In addition, I went looking for a specialty fig plant. They didn't have it, but if anyone can find it locally, I believe they can. I imagine this would be the case for other plants as well.

I believe in supporting local businesses. And this is one of the best around.

I have struggled to maintain a healthy herb garden so I figured I’d ask the experts. I was so fortunate to stumble upon this place! The staff were so knowledgable that I had a full educational experience where they taught me everything about growing, feeding, and caring for my herb garden. They even gave recommendations for home remedies and weren’t pushy about selling products. They offer classes so I’ll definitely be back!

I just started exploring the Garden Centers out here, as I am new to California. This was a great introduction! I loved their variety of vivacious plants; from tropical, to more local floral beauties. I loved taking pictures of these vibrant rarities (to me, at least!) Their strawberry plants were quite healthy as well (shown in set.)

I ended up getting a couple of pots at a great discount, and found some great glass holders for air plants. Definitely recommend this location!

Such a lovely garden center with the cutest variety of plants and decorations. The staff was polite and professional. This store is out of my way so I will probably not be returning but I did pick up some cute plant babies. Got this cute parrot that you can sit on your pots. Overall, I had a great experience. 🥰

I had a great experience at Armstrong Garden Center thanks to Kirby. I came in for succulents and he was incredibly helpful, he took the time to explain each plant, how to properly care for them, and even created a beautiful potted arrangement for me. You can tell he’s very knowledgeable and genuinely enjoys what he does. I’m really impressed and will definitely be back!
