I placed an order for a specific gas/electric heating unit and curb adapter, both from American Standard, through this company. The order was supposed to be shipped on May 19th, but I never received the curb adapter. Given the extremely hot weather in Henderson, NV, it's unacceptable that I had to install the unit instead of waiting for it.

When I visited the store and spoke with Ashely, who claimed to be the branch manager, she seemed completely uninterested in resolving the issue. She told me that there was an additional charge for re-shipping the curb adapter, which I shouldn't have to pay. Her attitude was dismissive, and I felt like no one was taking responsibility for the mistake.

When I tried to contact the corporate office to report this, I spoke with a representative named Larry on extension 290, who seemed very rude and unprofessional. He kept interrupting me and eventually hung up on me when I tried to explain how frustrated I was. When I asked him to escalate my issue to someone higher up, he refused.

I'm now planning to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, hoping that someone will take this matter seriously. The main issues here are: where did the curb adapter go? And why should I be held responsible for paying extra shipping when it's clearly their fault and caused me an additional $2000 in expenses due to reinstalling the unit.

I want to make sure this issue gets addressed properly, and I'll keep pushing until someone takes notice.
