This is one of the worst company's i have ever seer in my life. Tech came in didn't even look inside of unit wanted to charge me $520 just to clean the unit outsiide and add freon. Stay away

I cannot thank True Master HVAC enough for their quick and professional service! During the usual hot LA summer, my HVAC system suddenly stopped working!! I called True Master HVAC, and they sent Arthur.
Arthur arrived right on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. Despite the heat, Arthur worked diligently and efficiently to fix the problem. Within no time, my HVAC was up and running again!

They were sent out by my home warranty and Vick came out. First off he looked like he rolled out of bed, no uniform, sweats....He opened the draining pipe connected to my bathroom and didn't reconnect it properly. That caused a leak inside our home that we discovered when it became apparent in the first floor ceiling! There was a pool in our vanity and a slow leak underneath it that then drained and was visible on the 1st floor. What a mess! I also think he accidentally broke my condensation drainage pipe while inspecting the AC on the roof because I have photo and video showing it wasn't broken before he went up. Subsequently another AC company came and showed me pictures of a broken pipe. American home shield didn't take any responsibility for it and I didn't bother with true Master because I didn't want anything to do with them.

So unreliable, completely lied on our diagnostic to our home insurance company. Kept saying they would reach out for next steps and never did. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company
