If your home warranty company selects this company then immediately demand a change before they arrive. This company will do everything it can to ensure your claim gets denied.

How are these guys in business? Very unprofessional in the way they approach an issue, right from the (supposed) attempt to diagnose. They misdiagnosed the issue and provided an incorrect report to my Warranty company. I had to get a second opinion to find out the issue which was very basic and reasonably fixed. There are so many other options out there. Not worth taking any chance with these guys.

Read the reviews folks. They were sent out on Sept 9th to our home via our home warranty...and the first words out of the techs mouth was a freon charge...without diagnosing the obvious fan motor being out.
They returned to our home to replace the fan motor and 20 minutes after the tech left the fan blade fell off into unit...because the moron stripped the attaching bolt. I immediately called to report the issue and heard the famous we ha e to order a part.
As of Dec 12th I've never heard from True Master and have since had the blade replaced by a reputable company. Currently I'm in full blown dispute mode with them over the 616.00 charge.

These guys are scam artists, and they will deny deny all the way through it. They tried to rip me off for 3 grand. Got a second diagnostic from a more honest company. All they had to do was wire the circuit board properly, not replace the furnace, like they were trying to sell me. Liars they are. Call Canyon Air. This company is honest.

Horrible communication and their lack of follow up and communicate the correct repair request caused my home warranty to deny the claim. I reported the issue to my home warranty of no heat on 1/3. True Master scheduled for 1/7. They were rude upon arrival. No hello, introduce themselves, nothing. Then they state the motor was old and rusted needed to be replaced. They said they would submit the repair request to my home warranty ins the next day (1/8). A week later, I call to check on the status, they said they were behind and they would submit it on Monday. I called again on 1/15 and they still did jot submit the repair request to my insurance. Meanwhile we have no heat and freezing. No apology or phone call back. They then submit the request and my insurance denies it due to how True Master coded the reason. I got the run around and to this day, they never called me back. I would not use them for any service. Not reliable at all.

Warning: If your home warranty company refers this vendor, you should strongly consider declining. Their approach appears focused on finding technicalities to deny coverage. For any non-covered work, they charge significantly above fair market rates. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them under any circumstances. Proceed with caution.
