i've updated my review to 5 stars. my first review about my water heater wasn't really fair, but after hiring them for another job, i'm very satisfied. a while ago, i hired a plumbing team to fix my old water heater. since it was over 10 years old, the plumber suggested it would be best to replace it completely, so i went ahead with the replacement. elias and raymond worked really hard, especially since they had to carry the new water heater up to a hot third story attic. both were super professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. later on, i needed a kitchen sink replaced and called them again. this time elias came alone and handled everything. he clearly explained what needed to be done and made sure i was happy with the progress. his professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out and went above my expectations. overall, i'm happy with the plumbing work they've done and will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Amazing place to come to when you need parts. If they don't have it they can get it for you. They treat you like a VIP. Awesome to come and get parts, pipes, tools, etc. Give them a shot, they won't disappoint.

Great experience with these guys, Mon. morning got an emergency with a main old galvanize burst, I found them in Google search, called, less then half an hour Kevin was there, gave me a great rate for partial copper re-pipe on two units of a triplex, we scheduled for next day 7:30, four of his workers in two different van showed up in exact time, they were completely done by 4PM, clean job, no leaks, ....
When I asked him for a favor to add a garden hose faucet, he send a two man crew(different workers from the main crew), took them about an hour to add it to the new pipes, NO EXTRA CHARGE, couldn't believe it.
I strongly recommend them to everyone, all insured and bounded, when I asked for a cert, they provided it right a way, no fuss no question,
