We had a wonderful experience with Classic Restoration and Floor. The two gentlemen, KC and Rolando did a wonderful job on the mold removal. Everything was kept very clean and completed the job in a quick and safe manner. The entire staff, Aaron, Daron, Rolando and KC were very professional and answered all our questions. We will definitely be hiring them for other work in our home.

They were referred to me from a friend, and I called and got an appointment right away. The workers called me and gave me a 20 minute notice. When they got here they were very professional and efficient in getting the job done. I had several black stains on my carpet and they worked on them for a long time to get them out. They took their time and didn't rush the job and it turned out great! I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I needed some carpet stretching done before moving into a new condo. Darren and Casey were able to come right away to do the job. They were fantastic - very professional, conscientious, courteous and even left the place cleaner than they found it! I would definitely use them again for any of my floor care needs.

Classic floor care has been cleaning my floors for the past 10 years and they never disappoint. They have always been able to help me with all of my carpet care needs. My favorite thing about them is their 24 hour service and their quick responses to emergency situations. I once spilled hot wax on my carpet and surprisingly they were able to respond quickly and fix my carpet.

Orlando was the technician who worked on our carpet. He did an excellent job. There waa no rushing. Everything was done thoroughly. We recommend this company and Orlando.

We have relied on Classic Floor Care for 18 years and have never been disappointed. The staff are friendly, professional and dedicated to giving the customer a superior job. Their truck mounted equipment provide a deep cleaning that leaves the carpet clean and fresh without leaving a chemical residue or smell. Highly recommend.

My marble floor haven’t done professional cleaning about 15 years and some part was in horrible condition because the cleaning lady used the product you’re not supposed to used on marble so it was stained badly badly! They did fantastic job and blown away the stains and my doubts. I am so happy and my floor is living again!

I called on Monday needing my floor tile and grout cleaned this week as well as my carpet. They scheduled me for Tuesday in between another job. Casey arrived exactly when promised. To say he did an amazing job is an understatement. Everything looks FANTASTIC, like brand new. He is professional and really does a Great job. Our neighbors were also impressed and will be using this service also and I will definitely be using them again.

We had Classic do cleaning / restoration on a 100+ year old home's tile and wood floors and they did a great job. We contacted them and the work was started within 7-days and finished promptly and satisfactorily.

Darren and team at classic floor care are the best! From windows on 2 story commercial building to sealing bricks and granite, they cover all our needs!

If I could give 0 Stars, I would.
While preparing my house to be placed on the market, I received multiple quotes to have stone flooring cleaned and shower refinished. I was well aware that the shower was a make it look the best you can, but not perfect situation. I decided to use classic Restoration because of their expertise in stonework not just floor cleaning. That was a massive mistake.
On the day of service, my husband was at the house and the crew arrived not actually knowing what needed to be done. Somehow there was a lack of communication between Darren (Sales/owner) and the actual crew. I frantically tried calling Darren with no answer. As I finally reached the office and was ready to send the crew home, my husband called to let me know he talked to the crew and assured me they understood the scope of the work. My second mistake.
After the crew had left for the day, not only did the house not look better, it actually looked worse. The shower was not restored at all, nor was it cleaned, they just slapped a color enhancing sealant on top. However in doing so, they sealed in any dirt from the lack of prep, and only sealed parts of the shower leaving visible lines where the seal was placed.
The floors throughout the house were just as bad. There was a dusty gritty feeling on the entire floor that we discovered was metal pieces from what looked like a Brillo pad sander. There were burn Marks in the tile. In their aggressive technique they managed to knock out lots of filling and grout, and to top it off the grout was still actually dirty.
This service was Done on Friday, and our home was set to be staged at noon on Monday. I was panicked.
I immediatly began calling Darren, again with no answer. I left several messages Friday night and all day Saturday with no return calls.
I finally reached out to one of the other companies that originally gave me a quote, and thankfully they were able to rearrange their schedule to fit me in first thing Monday morning, and save me. It was not until mid Monday morning that Darren finally returned my call. I sent him all the photos and videos of what was done to my home. He did offer to send someone out to fix the floors and shower, but by then it was too late.
I assumed this was the end of my nightmare with this company. My floors were fixed by someone else and we both moved on.
NOPE.... Third mistake. This company is now hounding me for payment for their work, even though I had to pay someone else to actually do the work, and extra to fix what they ruined. And, every time I call and ask to speak to someone, they always assure me they will call back, but don't. However they have no problem reaching out for payment from me.
If you managed to make it this far in the review, I urge you at all costs to avoid using this company, unless you want subpar work, lack of communication, and harassment for payment on an incomplete job!

To begin, Erin kindly helped me with estimates over the phone. She asked for photos and measurements (or said someone could come to the house). We booked an appointment, as I thought the price was very fair (after calling a few others). Rolondo and Jacob showed up today, right on time. They steam cleaned my tumbled marble floors in the kitchen, pantry, laundry room, back bedroom and bathroom. They also sealed the floors to protect them. They did not rush through the job and the results were awesome! I will definitely call Classic Floor Care again. I’m planning to have them clean my carpets next!!

This company was prompt with providing an estimate, showing up for the job and sending the invoice. I've worked with multiple carpet cleaning companies for our commercial facility and most can never get all the stains out the carpet. However, Classic Floor Care had no problems.

I selected this company based on the high rating. Unfortunately, I can not give the same rating because service was terrible!!! I was charged $700 for a service that took literally 30 minutes, if that long. My countertops look the same, they looked like they had not been treated at all. The workers allowed the solution to drip all over my cabinets and did not bother to clean up the mess. In adfition, the solution was something I could have purchased at Lowes or Home Depot. (I know this because I saw the label on the bottle.) After the service was completed I received numerous emails and text messages asking that I rate the service. Instead of leaving a negative review, I emailed them personally to allow them to make it right. However, they never responded so I am rating them publicly. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AND SUGGEST YOU RELY ON RECOMMENDATIONS BECAUSE I AM CONVINCED THE HIGH RATINGS ARE NOT REAL. I DEFINITELY OVERPAID FOR MY SERVICE.

Update: This is a late post. Darren, the owner, contacted me and apologized for my experience. He personally came out to make it right. Thanks for the rapid response to my concerns, customer service and professionalism.

I would like to thank Classic Floor Care for doing a wonderful job on both our carpets and tile floors. Rolando and George Perez worked diligently to get the large floor space completed in a very reasonable time. I have used Classic twice now and won't hesitate to use them in the future.

We will be hiring them again to do our new home we just purchased and will recommend them to all our friends and family. The price was very reasonable, and the crew left the house very clean and neat after they finished the job. It was a pleasure doing business with Classic Floor Care, Inc.

Update: After purchasing a home in San Clemente, we immediately hired Classic Floor Care to resurface and stain our wood floors. We heave no doubt that everything will turn out beautiful just as it did at our previous home. We will definitely be contacting Classic Floor Care every annually to maintain our floors. Update: Just as we expected, wood floors turned out beautiful. We will be hiring Classic Restoration and Floor Care again soon to polish and seal our marble floors. We have found an excellent Floor Care company that we now trust and can depend on to do an excellent job.

I needed an emergency spot cleaning at my place of business, someone had dropped a snow globe on my carpet! I called Classic and they had someone out very quickly and at a later hour in the day so that they would not disrupt my customers. The gentleman was in an out very quickly and the spot is gone! I highly recommend this company for any of the services they offer. They are amazing!
