Once again, we were extremely pleased with the wonderful job done by Classic Floor Care. We had them clean several area rugs, plus three bedrooms and our stairs. George took extra care to get rid of the spots in heavy traffic areas, and was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them for expert cleaning services!

Wonderful service from A-Z. the gentlemen who came to do our estimate I believe Derrin was his name was extremely easy to talk with and gave us a very fair estimate. Erin the gal who booked our appointment was extremely delightful to talk to & very understanding when I needed to reschedule. Garret & Ryan (cleaners) were extremely thorough and professional. They scrubbed & cleaned the grout two times to ensure cleanliness and did a wonderful job taking care of some of the troubled spots on the carpet we had in our bedroom. All in all extremely amazing company. I will be a return customer and I would 10000% recommend anyone! Thank you Classic Floor Care team, you are all amazing!

My entire experience with them has been awesome and I would highly recommend them. I initially reach out to them for a backup quote when my home insurance said they would not cover the damage and the mold company I was working with at that time started stalling on next steps. Classic Restoration & Floor Care was a completely different experience, showing both the knowledge, expertise and professionalism of a well established company and the attention to customers and flexibility of a smaller company. Best of both worlds!! Since I had to split the mold remediation job in 2 separate visits (my request), I ended up adding carpet cleaning on the second trip while they finished patching up the former mold area. Very efficient both times at very reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend them for the services I used and would expect same level of quality and care for any other services they offer.

They did an amazing job! I was initially skeptical that anything could be done to restore our 30 year old travertine floor, but Classic Restoration & Floor Care fixed the cracks and pockmarks and gave the floor a beautiful shine and now it looks like new. We've removed the area rugs that we've used for years so that we can show our beautiful travertine floor. We're very satisfied with the work.

I couldn't be more pleased by the service I received from Classic Restoration and Floor Care. They really know what they're doing and did a fantastic job on our shower. In addition to cleaning, restoring, and sealing the travertine tile, they diagnosed the cause of the damage and took extra measures to prevent future damage. The fee for the service was also very reasonable. I highly recommend this business!

The guys did an excellent job! Stains and scratches in my marble countertops have been buffed away and my floors once again look stunning. The whole staff is polite and professional.

Their technician, George, was efficient, personable and professional. He worked diligently, answered our questions and pointed out issues to be addressed.

Wow! Really happy with this company. George did a wonderful job cleaning up our outdoor patio tile. Wish I took a before picture because it was really bad with calcium stains and rings from pots. I would 100% recommend them and I will use them again in the future for sure.

Darren, did a fantastic job with my granite countertop with hard water stain. He has an awesome personality and patience. I highly recommend him.

Poor attention to details and left the grout looking worse. My bathroom marble floor had etching damage from a grout cleaning product that was supposed to be marble safe. The guys did an ok job. Missed a few areas and left my grout looking gray from the equipment bristles. The grout was white. I’m not happy with the darker (dirty-looking) grout. It really takes away from the beauty of the carrera marble flooring. Here are photos of the old grout (wall) vs the now gray/brown grout (floor). I’m hoping they will return to fix those issues.

Update: the guys (Darren) came out the next day and took care of the issues and apologized. I was very impressed with the quick response and level of professionalism. Updating my rating from 2 stars to 5.

I had Classic Restoration clean, polish and re-seal by marble top dinning table. Darren came out and moved the table outside to my patio so the interior of the kitchen would not get dirty from the cleaning and polishing process. He completed me service in just under 3 hours. I am very happy with the finished results. I will use his service again. Q

We had negative experience unfortunately.
I would give this business 10/10 on showing up on time and hard work but 1/10 on delivering results.
1-Our marble floors is 1 yr old and in good condition, we wanted to bring more luster, clean grouts and get rid of post construction paint residue: they worked hard 13 hrs - some grouts are better/(majority unchanged)
Kitchen floor improved 30% the rest of our flooring either stayed the same or got more dull!! On top of that.. Most imperfections in the stones got exposed and some fillings got lost now we have small holes and more cracks here and there.
2-our countertops brand new and are excellent except two dull areas that we want to polish: after working hard we got zero results, see pictures before and after , dull areas stayed the same unchanged!! On the other hand, they didn’t cover back splash or floor while working and caused damage/ itching to backsplash that they had to spend more time to fix it.
3- I am sad to put this review because they are hardworking professionals but unfortunately I paid $2900 and got close to zero improvement.😔

I did not have a good experience with Classic Floor Care. The cleaning, sealing, and color enhancement work they performed significantly scratched my natural stone tile and the technicians broke a piece of my spa siding and did not mention anything about it. To make matters worse, I had to follow-up with the company office and rep, Darren, multiple times and literally twist their arm just to follow-up with me and they still didn’t do anything to make it right! They did not want to accept any liability and said the scratches were already there which is a flat out lie. Now I’m stuck with scratched tile floors and a broken piece of spa siding that I have to fix because of their sloppy work, unethical business practices, and poor customer service. I do not recommend them and will not use their services again.
