We first met Mark and Roxanne Pellegrino of Foothill Construction in June of 2004 to discuss a whole house remodel and addition. The decision to work the Mark and Roxanne was the best decision we could have made, everything went as planned and when something did go wrong, Mark and Roxanne were able to make the necessary corrections and allow us to finish ahead of schedule. There is no better construction company in the area than Foothill Construction. Knowledgeable, timely, professional, reasonably priced -- everything you hope a good contractor will be. There's a lot of fly-by-night construction companies out there but Foothill has been around for a long time and there's a good reason for that: clients like me keep coming back with new projects. Really I wouldn't use anyone else. You won't be disappointed!

We were referred to this company by our architect and selected them to build our ADU based on their experience, openness to our ideas, and referrals from prior clients. We were extremely pleased with the final result which came in under budget (and less than half the bid of a "prestigious" design/build firm we also spoke to). Foothill has excellent relationship with subcontractors and remained on top of the process at every turn. They worked hard to control costs and kept us informed on that front as well. We were initially reluctant to accept a cost-plus bid, but we're glad we did. It provided greater control and transparency and avoided the need for cumbersome change orders. Covid hit just as we were getting underway, and while the timeline got pushed back a little bit due to supply chain issues, it could have been a lot worse.

Danny and Elvis replaced the door to our roof access and did excellent work. Beyond that, they were easy to work with and kept in communication with us while we struggled to find a waterproofer to work with! Great guys who did great work. And it was nice to hear them talk about past clients in a really positive and caring way when the fires came to LA. 10/10 would hire again.

Jose Ordaz has built 3 houses for us and every time his work quality and customer service have been maintained to be excellent. Jose is a honest, easy going and works reaaly hard to get the job done right and on time.
