On hot days I noticed my thermostat was going blank. I called Jet Air Solutions. They came out and were able to identify that my condensation line was clogged. I’ve never had a maintenance done and didn’t know that this is included in preventative maintenance. My unit had a switch that triggers water and turns my system off. The technicians came out, cleared my condensation line and replace my filter. They left my hallway cleaner than when they came vacuum my floor and wiped the walls down. Now that’s good customer service.

I just had my newborn last month.
And my ac condenser had a leak in the coil. I panicked and had a company come out who wanted to replace the whole thing. Mind you I’m not working right now because I’m on leave. Joe came out put my unit on a pressure isolation test which he identified the indoor coil was fine. He knew i needed it done asap for my baby and he made it happen on a weekend. Can’t thank him and his team enough.

I would recommend JET Air Solutions without any hesitation. And I do. In past heat waves i've had a couple friends who used their service after systems went down, i'm positive they would recommend JET as well. I recently remodeled my house and added square footage to the home Joe came out and gave me options that no other contractor did he let me know what a heat pump was and what a gas furnace was. I am adding solar to the home and it does make sense for my house to go with the Heat Pump. Joe gave me all those options and made it clear what would be most beneficial for me to understand to make a good decision.

I’ve been with Jet air solutions for 4 years now and i can rely on them to keep my 25 year old system working at its finest. I do 2x a year maintenance. They wear boot covers in my home and clean up after themselves. Did i mention they also wiped my walls down. Great over all service.

But i keep up my maintenance and haven’t had an issues. Joe saved me thousands of dollars for a $650 repair. My aunt has used joe and his crew for years and im glad when i needed it the most he helped us.

And the experience was fantastic from start to finish. They showed up on time extremely professional and incredibly thorough. The installation process was seamless efficient, and they treated my home like they cared. Coverings for my floors, tape on the trims and used cleaning products to clean up.
