Marty was dispatched out to our place at 4pm on a Friday right around Christmas and did an entire change out of a busted rotted out water heater that same afternoon!!! This guy went above and beyond to complete the job and gave me a really great price !! It was dark by the time he left and we were not waiting with no hot water all weekend- lifesaver thanks Marty

Worst experience ever. After a routine "cleaning" ($500) my heater has only blown cold air. They have been back 5 times, and never fixed it. My family is freezing. Another $400 to replace a part, still cold air. They are either incompetent, or predatory (trying to get me to buy an 8k new unit when it worked perfectly fine before they came) either way I am so disappointed and COLD! AVOID!!

Martin did an excellent job detecting and replacing our leaky pipe and installing the new toilet and shower valve. We were extremely impressed by his friendly demeanor and his ability to fit our new items so professionally. Thank you Martin.

Our heater went out just as the weather was getting cold. Marco and Tristen were able to come by the same day. Determined the issue, ordered the parts, and repaired it a couple days later. These guys are very professional, efficient, and courteous. Highly recommend.

Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I scheduled a dryer vent cleaning and the technician who showed up couldn’t even move the stackable washer/dryer to access the vent. I tried helping him move it myself, but he still couldn’t get it done. Instead of resolving the issue, he told me they would need to reschedule and come back with another person.

Fine — things happen. But here’s where it gets ridiculous.

The rescheduled day came and no one showed up. No call. No message. Nothing. When I called the company to ask what happened, they told me that moving the unit is something they “don’t do.”

So let me get this straight: you reschedule me for a service that you apparently never intended or were able to perform in the first place? Why reschedule at all if your company policy is that you don’t move the appliance needed to access the vent?

This company wasted my time twice, failed to communicate, and then contradicted their own technician. If a business can’t even coordinate something this basic or stand behind what their own employee told a customer, that’s a major red flag.

I would strongly recommend going with a company that is actually prepared to do the job they schedule.

I used Accurate a few years ago to update HVAC and electrical with excellent results.
I also found the Membership program to be a good value. HVAC is checked regularly each year and maintenance performed if needed.

For a variety of reasons, I was unable to coordinate plumbing work.
In January I needed to repair some valves around a hot water re-circulation pump no longer used and install whole house water filtration.
Martin estimated the job and the first week of January arrived to perform the work.
The result was first-rate work with clean professional-looking solder joints and piping. The drain needed was drilled through stucco with no touch-up needed. Very clean job.
I also knew I’d hired a professional when he could not tolerate the sloppy work performed by a prior company. He adjusted the Earthquake strap on the water heater properly and sealed large gaps in an existing drain near the foundation with expandable foam.
In February I needed to repair a bathtub faucet. A prior company told me it would require replacement with external piping on the face of the tile.
Martin repaired the faucets in about an hour. Faucet works like new with no external piping, no cracked tile, just a clean working faucet.
Once again, Accurate came through with a fair price and professional workmanship.
Highly recommend!

Extremely happy with the service and professionalism provided by Kenny from Accurate Electric! We had issues with a room losing power and not coming on despite switching the circuit breakers. Kenny came by on time as scheduled, with a 30 minute heads-up, and quickly walked through diagnosing the problem, identifying it, and fixing it - all the while answering questions, explaining what he was doing, and enthusiastically describing how everything works and how to avoid/detect future issues. He came by again today to perform a circuit breaker refurbish, again - on time with advanced notice, great friendly attitude and even took a look at an outlet we were concerned with afterwards! Dennis was great. Professional and quick. Super convenient to be able to schedule same day or next day. I needed a new light switch and it was completed in minutes. Cost was a bit expensive for what I needed but I’m no electrician and therefore I go to the folks that know what they’re doing.

Contacted a few electricians for a project we needed. Dennis came out to provide an estimate for us and was great to work with. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to go over everything in detail. We really appreciated how thorough and professional he was throughout the visit. Highly recommend!

I received an Electrical inspection a week ago, and I was very impressed with the service. Dennis was very polite, and thoroughly checked all my sockets and switches. When checking the panel inside my home, Dennis noticed a few wires that were melting due to bad bar in the panel.
This issue did leave me a bit worried as he showed me the problem. Dennis recommended the panel to be upgraded. I’ve had previous electricians from other companies recommend it, but Dennis really impressed me with his professionalism and knowledge. I knew I had the right guy for the job. He took his time the day of the install to make the panel look outstanding.

Tristan with Accurate was a pleasure to work with. No one likes the inconvenience of home repairs and working with service companies especially when you are waiting around for a technician that is expected to arrive in a very large time window. Accurate was not that way. We called this morning for a repair and were told 12-4 that day, however as the time got closer, we were then given an even narrower window of 12-2 which was so nice to know I didn't need to be available for hours on end. Tristan arrived within that time frame and was very pleasant from the get go. He got right to it, found the cause of the issue and got it fixed within a timely manner, thankfully it wasn't a major repair. I would recommend Accurate.
