I recently had an issue with my A/C not cooling down the room, and of course, it happened on one of the hottest days with temperatures reaching 107°F! I was really impressed that Accurate Electric was able to send someone out to us quickly. Our technician, Zach, arrived promptly and inspected the unit. He quickly identified the problem and had our A/C up and running in no time. I truly appreciate Zach’s professionalism and his willingness to work under such extreme heat. Thanks to him, we were able to get some much-needed relief from the sweltering weather. I would definitely recommend Accurate Electric to friends and family for their excellent service.

During the last heat wave we were experiencing in the Inland Empire. Our upstairs system was not working properly. Blowing cool not cold air from the AC system. We needed service. We used the Yelp app and were connected by a customer service representative and said that she could have a service representative out that same day. The technician arrived on time and was very helpful. He was able to address the problem and suggested future service needs. Very helpful and very knowledgeable. 🤓

Martin was patient, flexible, efficient and brilliant in getting done what had to be fixed or repaired.

Kenny from Accurate was fantastic. He diagnosed our issue quickly, and talked through ways we could address it. He was professional and friendly. The only disappointment was having to wait a long while past the scheduled service window, but it was worth it.

I needed to upgrade the electrical panel on my home and I didn't know who to trust. I do lots of research and found Accurate, and I am glad I did! They made the process super easy and put my mind at ease. In fact, I even had them install a Whole Home Fan at the same time. They sent me text messages when the tech was on his way with his photo and bio so I knew who was coming to my home. Kenny was the lead with Q and Gabe helping. They were very patient and informative answering all my questions. They kept me in the loop with all of their findings and did a great job on both of the installs! Even the process for applying for financing was easy! I am super happy with Accurate and plan on using them for all my home issues in the future!

I am so impressed with the service we received. Everyone from Kim, who handled the scheduling to Lance who put in our new panel, Nick who assisted him and Fred who did the stucco work once the panel was put in place. Not only were they highly skilled but very friendly and just overall kind and great people.
I will absolutely use Accurate again.

Accurate took care of my issue as requested, and kept me informed throughout the afternoon about when the technician would arrive. Though the technician arrived after the scheduled window, I was given ETAs as he was on the way, and had the option to reschedule if needed. Kenny was professional and friendly and quickly diagnosed our problem and fixed it.

My family has been battling leaks from the HVAC and Duct replaced by Accurate since 2020. Accurate came out to help, but just added sealant over and over again. The leaks continued to come through the sealant.

The Manager that lives in Arizona (Not in California) stated that the "curb" (base), and the return and supply "housing", is not Accurate' s problem. He stated that It is just a "piece of metal on the house" and that their workmanship was good. The problem was the base did not have a "backstop" to prevent the rain from entering the return and supply "housing". The gaps left by Accurate, and the missing backstop allowed water to flood into my home when it rained. This manager's lack sympathy and accountability. There are integrity issues, and he does not uphold the brand represented by Accurate.

Accurate offered to fix, but wanted to charge more to replace and to lift the HVAC with a crane.
I considered using Accurate again, but after speaking to a roofer, home owners insurance company, and another HVAC company. I was informed that Accurate' s decision not to help faster, by changing the base and housing, may have caused an integrity issue to my roof. It was a safety issue and I was no longer comfortable with having this company work in my home. I was afraid for the safety of my daughter, whose room is directly below the HVAC. Their lack of knowledge, and inability to let us know that the base did not fit the new unit , and that we should change it. That is scary. The integrity issues of the manager in Arizona was also concerning.

I will post the after shots of what we found when we removed the base and supply and return housing. It was terrible...

We did a complete install.
Accurate stands behind their brand, and after their service, I too, believe in their brand. They are not the most expensive, and they are not the cheapest. Perfectly placed in the middle, but their genuine demeanor and transparent conversation is what got me to buy in. It begins with Sherry answering the phones, amazing customer interaction and voice of the company. Chad the lead tech, he is genuine and knowledgeable and the reason we chose Accurate. He cared for my family and the fact that we are stuck at home for school and work. Eric the sales manager was completely transparent, anyone would want to do business with this person. The team that arrived was clean, hardworking, proactive, and really thought things out. From Jacob, and the guy in our crawl space (sadly did not get his name). Great company and the outcome was absolutely perfect. Thanks again!!! We had some horror stories before we found your team.

Marco was fantastic! He came right out when the heater was not working, fixed the issue, and kept everything within the accurate Membership program. Great service!
