The ladies that arrived were friendly, thorough, and fast. They did an amazing job. My place hasn't looked this good since I moved in! I would recommend their move in/ move out service to any renters.

Where to start, we'll Nancy its a very professional women. honestly I have never clean my house before, my house looks totally different now. So thank you and yes I recommend to any one who live's in Santa Barbara this cleaning service I dont know if they service other areas

I needed someone to do a "white glove" move out clean for $531. The person came over and spent 7 hrs. and barely did anything. I called and complained. I told them that I didn't want the same person to come over. They agreed.. The person was late on the second time. I told them don't come over, Ill did it myself but I want a refund. They agreed to pay some of the money back. Later that day they showed up to clean. Against my better judgement I agreed to let them fix there mistake. What a surprise, they failed me again. I cleaned the floors, walls and all else that they were suppose to clean. I then have been trying to get ahold of them to resolve the issue. I now have to take them to court due to the fact they took the money and ran without doing the job. They are a scam. You are better off throwing your money in the street. They have made me late on returning my keys and my old landlord was not to happy. BUYER BEAWARE. I would give them zero stars if that were an option.

Jessie, Norma, and Virginia were fantastic!! We have a large condo and got a deep clean, and boy oh boy is the house clean! They were completely detailed down to how they positioned the pillows on the couches. We will be using Nacny’s in the future!!

Scam. Wow, what a terrible experience. Quoted us $245 for a clean on a TINY, already clean, one bedroom apartment. The crew gets here and says “it’s actually $295” without even looking at the apartment. They also said it would be an extra $100 for a clean of the oven and fridge. Perfect example of a scam, quotes you a price and then gets there assuming that you’ll just pay whatever they say… value your money and go elsewhere. Can’t imagine the price on an actual home…

We used them for a few months and they refused to do much and even began not doing the basics they should have been doing (getting cobwebs and simple things). They offered me a free service when I cancelled with them and then when I tried to take them up on in for a move out cleaning they informed me that offer was only valid for 24 hours... Not flexible and will nickle and dime you for everything possible and not even do a thorough job. DO NOT RECCOMEND

Easy to schedule, on time, and brought a crew to make the work go fast. Everyone was friendly and respectful of all items in the house. The work took longer than expected, but they kept me updated so there were no surprises. Nancy and her crew did a great job and were easy to work with. Thanks!

We decided to go with Nancy's Cleaning Company based off the reviews on Yelp. Super pleased that they were able to fit us in on such short notice and were reasonably priced with the rest of their competitors. Dulce was quick to call me back and schedule an appointment that same weekend. Nancy's And Dulce was both punctual and extremely courteous. My neighbors even came by to see his work and asked for a quote at their house! Needless to say very happy with their service and would totally re come them! Thank you Nancy and team!

Moving?! How soon? We have to hire deep cleaners!! — Nancy’s was rated high on Yelp, and we hired them. Customer Service was great, and they were kind when we had to cancel the first appointment. They had a team available within 24 hours on my second request. The cleaning team was dedicated and ready to help— despite the fact that it was 95F!! They rolled up their sleeves and got the kitchen ready for painting. Wow! We will have them back to prep the other areas of our condo. Thank you, Nancy’s!

After an unusually heavy rainfall, we had ground water seepage from under our house to an inside closet. Cornerstone's Gregory Hyman visited the house with a well seasoned helper, spent half a day diagnosing the exact location of the problem and designed an extensive gravity flow French drain system. The completed systems appears to have solved several issues, including replacement of a generally inaccessible under-house sump pump. The location of the project made it difficult to budget the time exact labor required for the project and Cornerstone provided an estimated "not to exceed" cost and quite honorably, lowered the final bill, when the project was completed with less labor than anticipated. In short, we received a well done project at a fair price. We can't recommend Cornerstone highly enough.

These folks did a large complicated landscape hardscape lighting drainage irrigation and fencing project for us. They are tops. Highest quality workmanship and good at solving issues as they arose.

We did a major backyard overhaul via Cornerstone Landscapes. We are extremely happy with the outcome. Gregory and Marco are a great team and their work crew is top notch. We appreciated their project management style (always promptly returned call, showed up on time, were very "open book" with regards to estimating, and helped us work within our budget by offering more cost-effective options). We hope to work with them again when we're ready to re-do our front yard.

Cornerstone Landscapes (Gregory and team) did a beautiful and extensive job in our back yard. It included retaining walls, faux stone concrete work, custom fencing, plantings, french drains and a lawn. He had to work with the city for approvals along with a landscape architect. You can trust him, and that’s a huge plus.

Gregory and his team (Hi Diego!!) did a great job on our extensive backyard redo. Very responsive to our concerns, and flexible with changes. We love our new outdoor living space. Would highly recommend!

This team took pride in their work and worked diligently to make this discerning client happy. They took a challenging yard of asphalt and turned it into a paradise. Gregory and his team were excellent! Communication and follow-up was fantastic! The scope of our project included landscape design, plantings, hardscape, decorative retaining wall, custom mailbox, concrete driveway, and a gas fire pit. We couldn't be more pleased! Great experience!

We had an extensive remodel of our yard. Much excavation and turning an unusable sloped area into a flat area we could use. New professional watering system, new lighting system. Each able to be operated by controllers at home or by iPhone. After job was finished (2 years!) Gregory has come by many times to help with minor issues. Easy to communicate with by text, email, phone.

Greg and crew were wonderful to work with. They truly met us where we were in comfort level with our dream project, budget and creative ideas. Greg and crew consistently were happy to exceed our expectations.

Gregory and Marco, the two co-owners were very responsive. They did a good job working with us on budget constraints and options to attack specific pieces of our backyard landscaping project. We very much appreicate the 3 month follow on in case plants don't take root.
