If I could give Tony and his team 10 stars, I would. I had 26 huge ficus trees removed from my property. Honestly I didn’t know how he did it. His team was surgical with the way the cut those trees down. The trees were growing in between my neighbor’s house and my own and no damage was done to either property. Not only did he remove the trees but ground the stumps too. This was a very complex job and his team did great. They showed up on time, and worked extremely hard. Tony gave me a great price. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. If ever there was an issue or something came up, he would let me know right away. I will be recommending Safeway Tree Services to all my neighbors and friends.

Safeway did a great job removing limbs from my mulberry tree. They cleared out all the dead leaves, leaving my backyard spotless. They called to see if they could come a day earlier which was convenient to my schedule. They also trimmed a couple of other trees for me. I vetted five other companies and they were the best rate. Tony is very good returning texts and calls. I would recommend them to anyone. His crew was also very professional.

This is our first experience with Safeway. After getting several quotes for different companies it was easy to choose Safeway for the job. Tony & his crew were great for our large tree removal and grinding of the roots. They came out quickly, we’re efficient and incredibly reasonably priced. After researching and meeting with many tree removal service providers, we were beyond thrilled to have found Tony Vega from Safeway Tree Service. We had a property that was long overdue with tree growth and we didn't even know where to begin with the overwhelming process/stress. Tony was a godsend. He not only showed up the same day to check out the property, but he immediately assessed everything (even for first-timers like us to easily understand) and explained with photos and notes on what his recommendations were, what the risks/hazards were, and taught us so much. He was incredibly patient, prompt, thorough, and both Tony and his entire crew were sooooo quick and efficient. He was very generous with his time in addressing MANY questions we had -- and they all worked so very hard. VERY respectful of the property, neighbors, and safety precautions. He is a very ethical businessman that we are very lucky to have found. They removed something like 10 trees and did such a great job that both neighbors on either side got work done as well because everyone was so impressed. His prices were great, communication was 100000% and the property doesn't even look like there were massive trees and bushes and growth -- it was all cleaned up so meticulously. We loved working with Tony and his crew so much that we have already shared his contact information with a number of individuals that we know. Let's just say that we wish all contractors were like Tony.

Tony and his crew from Safeway Tree Service were great!! Awesome rate to have an unwanted fig tree removed, and they were mindful of the wall it was near. The crew pointed out a few other areas they could be helpful, which I didn’t mind cause we have a lot of trees that need trimming. Their prices were fair and I had no problem paying a bit more to get some more work done. Will definitely use them again when if and when we need trees trimmed or taken out in the future.

Tony and his crew just removed our 30-year-old Podocarpus that was growing up to the high-power lines, and was overhanging our neighbor’s driveway. Francisco, the tree climber, did a perfect job of removing the tree without dropping any limbs on our neighbor’s property. The crew was also very careful not to destroy the fragile wall and our favorite shrubs that were beside the tree. They arrived ahead of time, worked efficiently, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. We're very impressed with the professionalism of Tony and his crew, and highly recommend them!

Wonderful experience hiring Safeway Tree Service. They were very quick to fit me into their schedule. I had a lot of work for them to do. Tony showed up at my house on time with 4 assistants, they were done in 90 minutes. Affordable, polite and on time, what more can you ask for?

I have used Safeway Tree Service three or four times. Each time they were professional and provided excellent service. I have used them for trimming trees, cutting down trees, and trimming ficus hedges. Always a good job at a reasonable price. Tony always tries to work with you to give you his best price. I was referred by a neighbor who also referred Safeway to another neighbor. I have referred them to another neighbor who has used them multiple times. Very satisfied.
