We have a very large pine tree which Tony and his crew trimmed apparently for the first time ever. We are extremely happy with the result and would highly recommend this company. Tony was very thorough in going over the details of what would be removed and why. We were also very impressed with the way Tony kept us informed about the rain delay and their immediate rescheduling as soon as it was safe for their climbers. All in all a very positive experience.

Tony and his guys did a great job on the tree in our backyard. We really needed to trim it because it was growing wild and pretty much encroaching on our neighbor's yard. Tony came the same day that I called, gave a free estimate, and was able to schedule the work pretty quickly. They got the job done, made it look neat, and cleaned up everything after. He's also very knowledgeable about plants and gave us some advice on how to take care of all the roses in our front yard. I'd recommend him for any tree and gardening needs.

Great customer service. Tony and his team removed a very tall 20+ yr old queen palm. He called and texted to ensure we were in contact. I texted photos, we talked, and he came back with a price. Eventually we agreed on a price and he booked us a few days later. I wasn't home when he did the work but I did watch on camera. Professional and thorough. He even came back a couple days later to drop off the stumps for my kids. Highly recommend. Easy, friendly, quick, clean, fair pricing. 👌

We had a very positive experience with Safeway Tree Service this past week. Tony and his men arrived at our home promptly and proceeded to carefully work on an extensive pruning and tree trimming job . They were organized, efficient and aimed to please . They were receptive to suggestions when necessary and were very easy to work with. They did a thorough job of cleaning the property when finished and their price was fair. We will use them again for future jobs.

Tony, was responsive and communicative with me. He gave me some options and came through. We had rosemary throughout the whole hillside. He and his crew were able to delete one section as we are replanting it and trim the other section to make it look nice and neat. He also removed a giant palm tree stump and trimmed our olive tree to give it some life. We definitely recommend!

Tony is amazing. I received a few estimate’s. Tony did not over estimate the price of my tree trimming service. He showed up on time. Their tree trimming looks great, and they cleaned up nicely. He was conscientious of the time of morning, so he would not disturb the neighborhood. It was a Saturday morning. I would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend this company. Tony responded quickly and gave an estimate with a fair price. The crew was on time and very professional. They got an incredible amount of work done in two days - trimmed trees, cut down and ground stumps, cleared the hillside, cleaned up as they went, and hauled everything away. After recently overcoming cancer, I met the owner through the cancer support group. Thomas offered his services to us. As a Cancer Patient, it made it very difficult to keep up with my house. He came by with his cleaning crew Helping my sister and I get into a clean apartment, making it not only safer to live in but also getting my power back after also dealing with a death of my roommate and battling cancer. Allowing me a safe place to continue my healing journey. We could have not accomplished this without him and his team. They truly were a blessing. They offer more than cleaning they offer hope and piece of mind. They went above and beyond what I expected and I can’t wait to start my steps into my new life. These guys I would refer to anyone with it hesitation. Not just because they are the best at what they do but they also are kind hearted souls and will go above and beyond to be a blessing to others. Thank you guys for everything.

After many years of service, he decided to no longer service my pool system and didn't even let me know. Not professional.

Ricardo did an awesome job cleaning up up some algae stains that have been in our pool for over a decade!

When my 30-year-old pool heater died last Wednesday, May 11, and I found out my regular pool service guy had gone out of business, I didn't know where to turn. The next day I found Octavio Salas at Pool Service Granada Hills. Octavio sent Rudy out on Saturday to diagnose the problem. Rudy determined the pilot light mechanism was shot. They were able to find a used part for my old heater over the weekend and installed it today for an unbelievably low price (a fraction of what it would cost to install a new Pentair heater). Thanks, Octavio and Rudy, for keeping me swimming!

Cannot beat their outstanding service and professionalism!
