The guy came out, looked at my AC, but I still don’t even know whether it’s working or not. It was already running fine. It just wasn’t cooling. His diagnosis, was that the breaker was off everything else looked fine so it should be working now, but I asked how could it be running? If it was turned off he did not know. Didn’t even replace the filter as he said he did not carry that size. Ask for a military discount assume that would be a separate discount than the 10% he offered to take off for not replacing the filter but That did not happen so he took $12 off the price. But what I would really like to know is, if it is actually cooling, this, I will not know until I need to use it

This company has my trust and confidence. The scheduling system is efficient and they send reminders by text about your appointments. The owner and his staff know what they are doing and respect your time and property. If you are looking for fair, knowlegable, and trustworthy then try these guys out. My guess is you'll be very glad you did.

DT Heating & Cooling efficiently handled two service calls for us. First, Albert provided a much-needed maintenance service for our AC and heater. He meticulously cleaned and inspected both units, implementing minor but essential updates. For a second appointment, Albert returned to replace our float and install a surge protector. His work was thorough, systematic, and clean. Albert was punctual within the given time frames and a pleasure to interact with. Communication with both Albert and the office was seamless, and all paperwork was conveniently digital. We also appreciated the veteran discount and Albert's acknowledgment of my husband's service (as a fellow veteran). It's clear that Albert is an honest and dedicated professional who prioritizes quality service. He has certainly earned our repeat business, and we offer our highest recommendation.

My furnace stopped working. Albert came the same day to diagnose. He ordered part and repair the next day. Fast & Efficient.

Our air conditioning went out and we were new to the area. We called a company we had previously worked with. They came out and gave us a $17k quote, saying whole system needed to be replaced. We checked reviews of local HVAC companies and called DT Heating and Cooling, they immediately set up an appt with Albert, very nice person btw, who came out and told us the fan was not working. He replaced the fan the next day, and we are SO grateful to have air conditioning and he saved us from a ‘rip off’ quote. They deserve 10 stars! We will replace our older system one day, but we will use DT Heating and Cooling every time, for their honest business, very fair price and fast service.

Al came by to service our system and check to make sure it was running efficiently and safely. He was prompt, clearly explained any issues, quickly scheduled a follow up, and was very friendly. Would 100% recommend to anyone in the San Fernando Valley!

Andy did a great job with helping identify our issues and solving them in a timely manner. He arrived early within the time frame provided to us, and showed us photos of his findings as he was working on our system. As well as providing friendly and excellent customer service throughout.

We went forward with replacing our AC Unit. His prices were fair and reasonable. I was impressed with his work. He took the time to inspect his own work, after he was done, explained everything to me, answered all my questions. Albert noticed an issue with our furnace and brought it to my attention. He put no pressure on me regarding additional work. He was very transparent with everything. If you want great work, professionalism and awesome customer service this is the perfect company.

Albert arrived at the time frame he said he would. The company has great communication in advising from scheduling an appointment to explaining the issue regarding our unit. Very please with their customer service. Definitely would recommend.

These guys are extremely professional. It's super easy to communicate with them. They reply right away to my text messages, which I appreciate. Also, their service people are extremely knowledgeable. Isaac came to my personal house and the next day, one of my flips, and he treated both properties with respect, he took pride in doing the repairs the right way, and he is very personable and easy to communicate with as well. I would definitely recommend them to my clients, friends, and family. 10 out of 10!

Always respond in a timely manner and get out to the property very quickly, I highly recommend this company for any HOA especially if they have a cooling tower!!!
