AirOstat recently replaced the boiler system for our 46 unit building. The job took longer than expected due to unforseen circumstances, but their team did a fantastic job working through all issues finishing up on time and on budget. I would highly recommend them. AC went out on the hottest day of the year. I called another place Friday morning and they booked me a Friday afternoon appointment. An hour before they call me and cancel! So i google and find this place, airostat. They answered the phone on Friday afternoon the day after July 4th. They got me an appointment same day. Guy even showed up early. Fixed my AC unit in 20 minutes, no up-sells, kindly walked me through what broke and what to expect moving forward. Technician was perfect.

The technician barely inspected the unit and made a guess that turned out to be wrong. After paying for the repair the AC still didn’t work. When I asked for a follow-up they said it would be treated like a new job and charged again. No accountability, no real troubleshooting, and no interest in customer satisfaction. I regret giving them a chance.
