My AC wasn't working starting Friday night at 5pm. After troubleshooting the issue, I realized that it was a problem for a professional to look at.

I reached out to several HVAC companies. I made an appointment with one company that said they could be out in the morning at 7am the next day. Given, that we were experiencing record 3 digit weather temperatures and unbearable, I was compelled to call others that could come the same day.
This is when I noticed Pro Granada Air Conditioning listed that they were open until 10pm. I was told that they were available to come the same night and I went ahead and canceled the appointment I had the next day with a different company. I was then told a technician would call me. I never received a call and they were a no show. I called twice and they could not provide any eta.

In addition, I was unable to see their website as it was flagged by google. This didn't insure any confidence in the situation. No call. No show. Questionable website.

Fortunately, I was able to reach out to the company that had booked me for 7am the next day and got back on the schedule. He was punctual and the problem was fixed within the hour of his arrival.

I do not recommend even trying to contact this company. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!

I reached out for service in the morning when our central air system stopped working on a hot summer day. I was informed that a technician (Greyson) could be here around 2pm, which I was more than happy with. I received a text at about 1:45 letting me know that Greyson was on his way. He arrived just after 2pm as promised. He was very friendly and professional, getting right to work. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in no time. He also shared some great tips on preventive maintenance to keep everything running smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable repair cost as well. I will definitely save their contact information for any future needs. I highly recommend their services!
