Brian went above and beyond in assisting me to shift furniture from one room to another during the carpet cleaning process. This wasn't technically part of his job, but it made a huge difference to me. The level of customer service that Brian provided was more than i could have anticipated. I'm really grateful!

Excellent job! I had the pleasure of meeting Brian, one of the leaders, who was there to assist me with my issue with water damage. He demonstrated great expertise in how he and his team approach drying out a designated area. The process took about a week as it was a minor issue, and after that, I was ready to get back to normal, with my carpet looking as good as new in Greenbrae.

brian and melvin from a reputable carpet cleaning service did an outstanding job, effectively eliminating all stains from our previously marked carpets at a very reasonable cost. at first, i was worried that some tough stains might persist, but they were able to get rid of each and every one. i'm exceptionally pleased with the service rendered in greenbrae. indeed, they went above and beyond our expectations.

Brian and Melvin were outstanding! They were incredibly knowledgeable, extremely amiable, professional, and exhibited keen attention to detail. It was a delight to have them, and the next time we require our carpets to be spruced up, George & Sons Carpet Service will be our first choice in Greenbrae! Many thanks!!

The result of my carpet cleaning service was exceptional, and I'm quite satisfied with how my carpets look now. There was a bit of a hiccup with the scheduling, but these things happen. Melvin was supposed to arrive between 9 AM and 11 AM. At around 9:30, Melvin rang me up, informing me that he got delayed waiting for some home repairs and would be able to come over around 10 AM. I reassured him that I was at home anyway, but it wasn't my intention to wait until almost 1 PM. It was a bit inconvenient as I had several tasks to do, and if I had known earlier about the delay, I could have managed my time better. Even a heads up that he would be there after 12 could have helped me schedule my errands. Despite the timing issue, Melvin performed an excellent job with the carpet cleaning. He was also friendly and meticulous, which I greatly appreciate.

The young gentleman, Brian, who came was courteous and professional, ensuring that I was satisfied and going the extra mile to deliver an exceptional job. I can't speak highly enough about this carpet cleaning service! I'll definitely use them for my sectional carpet cleaning next! Thank you Melvin!

Working with George & Sons Carpet Service was straightforward and communicative. The initial estimate was nearly identical to the final bill, with just one small additional charge for an unexpected stain. Unlike other services I've used in the past in Greenbrae, there were no hidden costs or surprise charges at the actual time of service. Their transparency and honesty were refreshing. I will certainly be calling on Brian and Melvin from George & Sons Carpet Service again.

The work was top-notch. The specialist, whose name I regrettably can't remember, was polite, proficient, and did a standout job. Whether it was Melvin, Brian, or someone else, he certainly deserves a round of applause. I wish I had known sooner that George & Sons Carpet Service also provides curtain cleaning services in Greenbrae. Their work is truly deserving of praise.

i needed a small recliner and a twin mattress cleaned quickly. i called on thursday and was scheduled for the next day between 12-2pm. i asked if i could be put on a cancellation list for an earlier appointment, and brian said he would keep me updated. later, i received a call around 4:30 asking if a technician could come out early since he was finishing up another job. i was thrilled! yes, please come! the technician's name was also brian. he was friendly, on time, and very efficient, clearly explaining everything about the process and costs. the odors are gone, and my items look brand new! he did an outstanding job—very clean and thorough. he even asked me to check his work to ensure it met my expectations, and it was fantastic! i also asked him for a quote on cleaning the carpets downstairs. the prices were very affordable, and the work exceeded my expectations. i highly recommend their services! i'd give them 10 stars if i could for their customer service, communication, pricing, and overall pleasant experience. great job! i'll definitely use them again.

tldr; brian at the carpet cleaning service is communicative, punctual, efficient, effective, friendly, and generous - you really can't ask for more from a carpet cleaning provider. definitely hire them for your floor cleaning needs. full review: brian quickly responded to my online inquiry through text, which i really appreciated when dealing with businesses. he took the time to understand my situation and was upfront about what results i could expect. he even sent a reminder text the day before my carpet cleaning appointment. he cleaned my entire carpeted home of 1860 sqft in just an hour and a half, being very respectful throughout the process. he brought his own towel to wipe his shoes, set up wall guards to prevent scuffs, and even adjusted the ac back to its original setting after asking to lower it! he also complimented my dog and car, which was a nice touch. the strong cat odor that filled my home has been greatly reduced thanks to his carpet cleaning service. he even offered a complimentary ozone scrubbing service to help further eliminate any lingering smells, as a thoughtful welcome gift. additionally, he provided me with a local magazine to help me get familiar with my new area!
