The TrueGreen team was highly professional, friendly and detail oriented. Giovanni was very hands-on and communicative throughout the entire process, and the quality of their work is excellent. We made scope changes along the way, and Giovanni was great about conveying cost changes and otherwise staying within budget. There were no surprises. They manage our landscaping in Novato at the Western Oaks Village Association and do a terrible job! They put crappy untreated wood chips in our grass and planting areas and didn't put any plastic down and now we have 3 foot weeds growing from those areas! I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
