a friend recommended their hvac services to us. we called on a sunday afternoon, and they were able to schedule a visit for later that same day. they checked out our system and found the coils were rusted and there was a freon leak. they added more freon and told us they’d send estimates for repairs and new equipment. we got the estimates by email the next morning, and they always answered our questions quickly by email and text. when the freon didn’t hold and we had no ac overnight, they came back that evening and brought us two portable ac units to use until our new system could be installed. installation was set for friday morning, and they arrived right on time between 7 and 7:30am. the team finished installing and testing the new equipment by 11:30am. they explained the warranty, set up the wifi thermostat, and helped us with the iphone app. after that, we had nice cold air blowing! i highly recommend their hvac service. cesar was professional and knew a lot about the system, and austin was very focused, respectful, and professional as well. the third technician was just as helpful. they even let us use the brand new portable ac units for free, which was a great surprise. they really went above and beyond with their customer service!
