What a wonderful experience we had with Mr. Rock Lonn! His knowledge and attention to detail were on POINT! He knew exactly what the problem was with our HVAC system and fixed it quickly. We also had Mr Rock fix a running toilet in guest bathroom upstairs which was a flapper. Mr Rock was very pleasant and excellent customer service !!

I had to call Orange Coast Plumbing late at night due to a leaky drainage pipe that was coming up through the floor.
On call plumber was extremely helpful in telling me what needed to be done so we could avoid the late night call fees and wait till morning.
Sunday morning Rock Lunn came out and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and got the hard job done quickly and I didn’t feel like we were being robbed financially even on a Sunday!
Definitely recommend Orange Coast Plumbing to friends or family.

No hot water this morning! Called our go to Orange Coast Plumbing. Giovanni arrived this morning. He was so knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. Really worked to give the most economical deal possible. We had another issue with our kitchen sink. He happily looked at that and got everything fixed and no more leaks. I rarely do reviews, but I was so impressed by Chuck. I wanted to take the time to do that. I started a company many years ago that went national was very successful and allowed me to retire at an early age. I only mentioned this because I’m very hard on people as I find many of them are lacking in Technical skills or people skills or common sense. Having had four plumbing companies to my home in the last 10 months I can tell you, Chuck is without a doubt the best plumber we’ve had here when you combined his technical knowledge, his ability to interact with the customer in a way that puts them at ease as well as common sense. If I ran a plumbing company I would try to steal him from you and it’s rare I ever did that when I ran my business. I would immediately have all other plumbers train under him and learn how to interact with the customer as well as the technical aspects of plumbing. I find a lot of workers come to our home. Don’t have pride in what they do but the complete opposite is true with Chuck. You are lucky to have him.

Alex came to my house and resolved my issue. He cleared my clogged main and remounted my toilet that I had already removed from the flange. Price seemed very fair.

The OC Plumbing is courteous and responsive when we call for help. The service person-Cotten is friendly and skilled. In 2 hours, he had removed the old heater and installed almost every part of the new heater all by himself. He explains how to use the heater and how to configure correctly when we are out of town for vacation. BTW, he also helps us to resolve low water pressure problem and adjust to regular pressure. Thank you for your help.
