Scott was on time. He was dressed well and clean. I showed him the problem.....tub wont drain....he looked and said no problem and started to work right away. I asked if he needed anything....no but thank you and he continued working until he finished.
He cleaned when i told him that wasnt necessary. He was fast cheerful and friendly.

He came over and inspected my slow draining toilet, fixed the problem, tested all fixtures, and made sure I was up and running again. I had a bad gas leak in the pipe leading to the water heater. Chuck came to my house and spent many hours in high winds, replacing my gas pipe. He was professional and very nice and polite. Henry came out on a rainey day, I knew I called the right company based on his expertise and handaome clean look. I used other companies before and they always come in dirty and call some other guys to do the work. Henry did it all and cleaned up after himself, he also was proud to be from his company. Had clogged pipe which was backing up sink and shower. Chuck arrived at the time promised.. He diagnosed the issue right away and completed the work in an extremely timely fashion. He was polite professional and most all thorough. Price was very fair, especially for a Sunday. Dottie , the receptionist was very pleasant as well. Overall , dealing with OCP was a pleasure.
