They never showed up for the scheduled appointment time. They gave me a 6 hour window, but never even called.

I called Chris around 9am for a broken dryer. He gave me the first appointment he had available which was a few days in the future. I took it and asked to be called if he had a cancellation. That same afternoon, he called and said he could come check the dryer because he was in the neighborhood for another problem that was a short fix. He arrived 10 minutes later and the dryer was fixed 15 minutes after he arrived. He is a great person to have in your contact file for repairs.

He even suggested that we might was to consider purchasing a better brand dishwasher, which we appreciated! But ended up moving forward with the repair. I called Good Service Appliance Repair about my LG washing machine which would not turn on. After sharing the message code with the technician over the phone, he said he believed the "child lock" was on and he could explain how to turn it off. He had me send pictures of the machine to him and he explained how to turn the "child lock" off He was so kind to take 10-15 of his time until I was able to get the machine working again. We received an error message on our LG washer, and we contacted GoodService Appliance Repair. Chris gave us instructions over the phone how to restart the washer, sometimes that might clear the error. Unfortunately, that didn't solve the problem, and we set up an appointment with him next day. He was on time and very professional and after testing gave his opinion. The price for the broken part replacement and waiting to get it was too much for us and was not worth for the washer that old. We decided to buy the new washer and Chris gave us recommendation and a few tips how to use it in the future in order to prevent similar issues. I would highly recommend Chris and his service, and his diagnosis saved us a lot of money and time.
