Henry and Colten hydro jetted my sewage line and I can almost eat off of it (won’t do it but I’m sure I could). Super clean. Nice guys and professional. They’re also very knowledgeable and they gave me some good advice. I will be using Orange Coast Plumbing for all my plumbing needs or projects. Call em!

I have used Orange Coast Plumbing for many years. They always do a great job. The technician this time, Jeff, did a great job, made a good suggestion for location of the shut off valve that needed replacement and performed the work very professionally and thoroughly. I highly recommend this business.

I needed a plumber immediately for a leak under the kitchen sink. I called this company at 6 am in the morning and they were able to dispatch a plumber out within a few hours. The plumber was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

From the start, with the phone contact in the office, everything ran smoothly and quickly. Reese and Luis arrived within the estimated window. They were clean and professional. Masks were worn. The problem was quickly determined and the repair began. Great work. Great employees. Great knowledge.

Chuck was able to find and repair troublesome leak that had flooded my side patio lawn over the course of some time. He was responsive, courteous and punctual over the course of the couple day job. Price point was excellent for the work accomplished which included demo’ing a section of pavement. A+

Steven has been to our home twice. The first time was in 2021, when he was able to properly diagnose a problem we were having with a new water heater that was installed by a different plumber. We were thankful for his help. The current visit was to clear a stopped toilet drain. Steven came on time, was very professional, and quickly took care of the problem. I set my appointment up from their website. They called the next morning to finalize the appointment and schedule that same day Technician arrived within the time window given. He was very professional and explained everything he was going to do. His first attempt did not fix the problem so he suggested some additional work. It was scheduled for the next day. Technician again arrived during the appointment window given. Completed work and cleaned up. Excellent job I would recommend this company with no reservations.

Jesse was awesome. He was so responsive and walked us through the entire process. Even though we weren't expecting to have plumbing problems, Jesse made it a very pleasant experience. I recommend him and orange coast plumbing to anyone with plumbing issues.

Nate and James were professional, courteous and prompt. We had kitchen plumbing problems along with other lines that required attention in our home. They were Covid safe and respectful, and very thorough in explaining exactly what was needed for the best outcome. We will definitely call on Orange Coast Plumbing if we ever need their services in the future.

You get what you pay for. Steven Neece and Henry Calderon took care of us for a cold water repiping and water heater installation. They amazingly maintained dust management and used caution over our floors. Super knowledgeable and worked efficiently to make our home whole again. They went above and beyond to do a few things I didn’t even ask for. Also for some reason, as a bonus, my daughter napped like a baby while they were working through the house.

It’s also worth mentioning Jeff Amend, who helped us last year with clearing our bathtub drain when a previous plumber from a different company refused to do it.

Rock showed up to fix my Water Heater.
Right on time, very nice guy and very knowledgeable. Took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the installation process with me. I asked additional questions about , non water heater issues, and he provided me with that information as well.
I asked if he would be able to replace a pressure regulator and the valve that leads to the house, and he was able to do that at the same time. I was very happy with the service and would certainly recommend Rock.

I had a pretty serious drainage problem in my home recently. And I was blessed enough to happen upon Orange Coast plumbing while I was frantically googling to find a plumber who could come out to my home by the next morning. Finding them was a godsend.

I can't say there were any negatives in my experience. Granted, I am a glass half full kind of person. But even still, they not only came and did a thorough inspection, but they took the time to patiently explain to me (over and over again, lol) all of my options and talk through all of my ideas.

Nolan and Chuck were the main guys in my home and not only did I get a feeling that they were always professional and knew what they were talking about, but they also didn't immediately try to upsell me on the most expensive option. They took time to explore the immediate (and cheaper) fixes before we all concluded what the eventual solution would be.

I found it comforting that Nolan, who is talking me through my issue, took time to properly troubleshoot before offering me a solution.

Chuck and Nolan are a wealth of knowledge. I always find it pretty impressive when you meet professionals who truly know what they are talking about.

Because Nolan and Chuck were so customer service oriented if I ever have another plumbing issue again, and I probably will because I have teenagers living in my house, lol, I'm going to be calling Orange Coast plumbing.
