Duane was simply fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and made it a point to ensure we were satisfied with our AC setup. He made multiple trips to adjust our vents and fine-tune everything to perfection. During the installation of our air conditioning unit in our attic space, one of the technicians accidentally stepped through our ceiling! But Duane immediately took care of it. He arranged for someone to repair and fix the drywall the very next day. They even went a step further to texture and paint the area, making it appear as if nothing had ever happened. It's been approximately a year and a half, and Duane has since visited to inspect our system, conduct regular maintenance, and even assist me with the drainage from our AC unit so that it's directed into our bushes.
