A representative named Junior asked me to explain the issue in detail, and when I told him that there was a strong flame but no ignition unless I hit the gas line pipe and inlet, he suggested replacing the generator as the least expensive fix. He even asked me to send photos to verify his recommendation.

I followed Junior's advice and replaced the generator, and to my surprise, the heater started working right away. Since then, my mother's home has been warm and cozy, and she was extremely pleased with the result.

What struck me as odd was that when we contacted a professional service person to check on our heater, they wanted $130 just for showing up, without doing any actual work. In contrast, Junior went above and beyond by providing helpful advice and keeping costs low. His professionalism and willingness to help made all the difference in resolving the issue.
