This plumber was very professional! I called and told him what the issue with my toilet was and answered his questions. He told me he wouldn't charge me unless he was able to fix the problem! He came out and fixed my toilet and his services are very reasonable! If I ever need help again I'll definitely call him first!

Called this business to unclog a drain,
I took a chance because I've been taken advantaged of by the bigger plumbing companies in the past. He is a very nice honest man who is licenced and contracted...if he couldn't unclog their would be no charge..other companies charge just to come to your house.

I had a main sewer clog at my residence. We hired Hello Plumbing Company. This office staff was friendly and promptly responded to our needs and sent out one of their plumbers immediately. Their plumber David was courteous and professional . He knew exactly what had to be done. He had the proper equipment to clear our mainline sewer. This company was very affordable, dependable and honest. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Pretty good value for the service rendered. We have used this company on numerous occasions for emergency plumbing issues in relating to our drain pipes and water heater issues.

Mike referred me to somebody else because he wasn’t available. The second person (Kenny) was very kind, unclogged my drain and we worked out payment. 10 minutes after Kenny left, Mike called me screaming at me that I didn’t pay this person COD. I had a clear agreement with Kenny and it’s quite frankly none of Mike’s business. He called multiple times angry and screaming. I hung up on him over and over and finally blocked him after telling him I’d call the police if he didn’t stop harassing me. Horrible experience!! I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect and aggression from a supposed professional. I’m still shaking from the verbal violence this person did to me.

I live in Texas, but I’ve used Drain Hero several times for plumbing work at my mother’s home in Hawthorne—and every time, he’s been absolutely top-notch. He picks up the phone day or night, sets a clear appointment time, and actually shows up within the promised window. That alone is rare these days. He's always clean, tidy, wears shoe covers (which I really appreciate), and treats the home with respect.

He charges a fair price, does excellent work, and takes the time to explain everything clearly so I understand it—even from out of state. He also speaks Spanish, which is incredibly helpful for my mom. After the job is done, he leaves the space clean and always carries himself with kindness and professionalism.

Made appointment with Carlos for repair of floor furnace. Called day before to confirm time at 8:00. Waited all morning for him but never showed up. Didn't even have courtesy to call and cancel. Don't use this guy who barely speaks English.

After I approved the estimate it was a very smooth process he kept answering any questions I had and gave me a sense of trust. Very reliable work and fast! I had a pretty good experience with Palafox Plumbing. Their pricing was very fair and clearly explained upfront, which made the process simplified. Carlos took the time to walk me through the main problems and possible solutions, and answered questions through txt and calls along the way. I was replacing cast iron and clay with ABS (main sewage). They are licensed adn the quality of their work was excellent—everything was done professionally, to code and with attention to detail. They also worked quickly without rushing the job. They seem to be pretty reliable, honest, and have a skilled service. I would really recommend Palafox Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing issues or projects.

Bait and switch and incompetent. Ad says $79 to clear drain. When he got here it was $298. He was unable to clear the drain pipe so he asked for $550 to pull off the toilet and go through there. I sent him home and got another plumber who finish the job through the drain in 20 minutes for $150. You make the call...

These guys are a bunch of crooks! I had them install an AC unit in my house and redo all of the duct work. 18 months later the unit has two leaks and the pad they built for the system outside has sunken and is not level causing issues. When I reached out for them to come repair their faulty work, they quoted me $1,500 before even coming on site. Beware, they might be less expensive but you’ll pay for their mistakes. I will be contacting the BBB to report this.
