Horrible. I cannot express how bad this company is and how unprofessional they are but I will try. We took in a hydro jetter to get fixed. We kept calling and no one would answer. After two weeks we finally were able to talk to someone who said they had not done anything with it. After one more week, we spoke to someone else and they said they would work on it. When we arrived they said they had fixed it. No they did not. They were supposed to fix an oil leak and find out why the pressure wasn't going high enough. They did not even know what they were supposed to fix since they "fixed" something that need fixing.

These guys are great. I've called them a couple times and they've promptly came and fixed the problem. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Fair prices as well. I highly recommend.

Top notch service you cant get many other places. Technician was courteous, answered questions, and was very helpful in finding a solution to the issue we initially called about as well as others considering having done. Solid local business that I highly recommend and will use again.

I was quoted a rate of $145 per hour but was charged $375 for a shower cartridge and 30 minutes of work. I called the company and the owner they agreed to refund me $100. End of story, so I thought. I waited 1 month for my refund check and I called to follow up. Crickets. I get no pleasure in writing bad reviews to local business. Please contact me or send me my refund so we can rectify this situation ASAP.

Mr Harris is awesome. I've had the opportunity of working with him and he keeps it real. He tells you ahead of time when he's going to show up, communicates the problem (picturally) as well, and you know how much you are going to pay ahead of time. He will let you know the more affordable option and he never misses an appointment date. Sometimes I even call him for other tasks he doesn't perform just in case he knows how to, because i know I'll get a honest response from him
