Gilbert plumbing was awesome...came to my home within minutes of my call..diagnosed the problem... told me how long they would need to fix the problem the next morning...fixed it as exactly as they told me they would... they were on time...professional..courteous... knowledgeable... and a pleasure to work with... awesome crew and company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Terrible customer service! I told the dispatcher several times that the clean out for our house was on our roof and she assured me that wouldn't be a problem. The plumber gets out to my home and tells me that he can not go on the roof! I called back to the dispatcher (her name was Maria) and she was horribly rude to me. Not appreciated.

Called for an appointment not sure if we had a slab leak or what guy comes out charges me 150, to tell me he’ll have to talk to his boss and get back to me that was 3 weeks ago! Good thing I called Sweetwater plumbing out they came out the same day and are handling everything

Jorge Munoz came out today with another technician. I had an immediate issue. My mainline sewer was backing up into my shower and toilets were slow. With his experience and camera, Jorge diagnosed my issue with roots in the line. They were very diligent in getting the line clear. He was fair in price and educated me on what was going on with the pipe and the work in involved. Additionally, he shared it is recommended to maintain the roots from clogging the line by having a plumber do preventive maintenance every 6-12 months. Thank you Jorge! He'll be back to do my drinking water filter system :)

We receive professional invoices and they always provide us with photos of any work done. As a licensed plumbing company, their prices are very reasonable. They are fast, efficient, and professional.
